Great little hotel, wonderful location and fantastic breakfast. The team running The Lerryn were very helpful and friendly. My room was a little small but would definitely stay there again.

Just had a very enjoyable visit at The Lerryn, very warm and pleasant welcome I had a very spacious bedroom looking out towards the sea, only the weather preventing an amazing view!! Breakfast was great, I order the night before as I needed an early getaway the following day, everything cooked to perfection I had my Jack Russell, of which there was a small supplement to pay (understandable), I popped her in the car before breakfast, I had read couple other reviews who was disappointed not to take there dogs in the dining room, be respectful to other guest everyone, not everyone likes dogs. Will be returning

Arrived at hotel friendly and efficient check in had an upgrade nice surprise. Room was very clean and well aired Breakfast was excellent well cooked and top notch service by Lisa who by the look of it does everything reception cooking waiting Lisa was always friendly and smiling your very lucky to have her working at the hotel. When I visit Falmouth again I will definitely stay again and recommend.

Avoid This Hotel - Bedbugs Found and No Response from Management I stayed at this hotel recently and had a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I found a bedbug in my room, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable and distressing. The thought of potentially bringing bedbugs home with me caused a lot of anxiety. I immediately tried to address this issue by speaking with the owner, but they were unavailable when I checked out. I also attempted to contact them through the hotel’s website contact form and via email, but I received no response at all. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears they are not taking the necessary steps to ensure cleanliness or address serious concerns from their guests. Your peace of mind and comfort are worth much more than the risk of dealing with bedbugs and unresponsive management.

Property has failed to make my £70 refund after cancellation within free cancellation period and is failing to engage with me or provide details requested by bank to trace the refundvthey say they have attempted to make. So be careful if you cancel.

I chose this hotel as the one I usually stay at is expensive. On arrival it was easy to park on the street outside the property. Check in was easy, you just push the bell and you are checked in straight away. My room was pleasantly upgraded which I was pleased about and that was kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice little touch with the chocolates on the bed! Nice tea making facilities with biscuits. Shower toiletries available. Free wifi. Breakfast, I asked if I could have breakfast a bit earlier as I needed to be somewhere and they accommodated me very well. Lovely breakfast and lots of choice. I would stay here again 🙂

I loved my stay here, it was everything I needed. I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast and fresh fruit salad. Excellent value for money, fabulous location and friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Location, clean and bright rooms and friendly hospitable owners. Would definitely recommend a stay here while you will receive a warm welcome. The hotel is situated near the beautiful golden beach and conveniently close to the town and harbour.

The hotel is in a great location to visit Falmouth the only thing is they have limited parking and you may have to park on the street. We were seen quickly when we arrived given our key and directed us to room 17 beautiful room and views. The room was spotless and had lovely comfy bed. The breakfast was very good simple but good choices. The young staff taking the orders and serving did a great job, polite and friendly. We did overhear other guests complaining about trivial stuff Karens everywhere. Well done we had a lovely stay we will be back.
