The Red House Guest House

This was our first time staying in a guest house and we were not disappointed. Nick and Karen were very welcoming, they had thought of everything, the room had a smart tv, a smart speaker, a Nespresso machine. The rooms were very clean and were serviced everyday. The location was perfect, near the station, the town and local beaches. We had a lovely stay, thank you.

OMG what a wonderful experience Reserved parking due to a slight disability ✔️ Amazing greeting from the proprietor and her daughter✔️ Accommodation was delightful and spotlessly clean and bright ✔️ No matter what your requirements for breakfast were they were only to happy to accommodate you and look out for the specials ✔️ I am not a seasoned traveler but rest assured when I visit Falmouth again I shall be booking into the Red House ✔️ Well done and thank you Graham

This little unassuming hotel was so much better than I expected. We only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast, but we shall certainly be back. Our room was clean and fresh with modern furnishings. The basin was in the room which was a little unusual, but we really didn’t mind. What I loved was the little extras. A pot with cotton wool and cotton buds in, big quality towels, a mirror above the desk area with a chair, so you can actually see yourself. A small make up mirror, a small bottle of fresh milk, a coffee machine, a cork screw and wine glasses. A variety of refreshments in the fridge that aren’t over priced. So many small things that bigger and more expensive hotels just don’t bother with. This hotel is a real gem.

Thank you for such a great place to stay ! The spotless room was beautifully decorated and the hosts were so helpful, kind and made a fuss of my Golden Retriever. This was the second time I have stayed here and I thoroughly recommend it !

As I work in Quality Assurance (I know - boring) customer satisfaction is exceptionally important to me. The red house provided this and more in abundance!! Lovely friendly owners, excellent service, perfect rooms and facilities, always made sure they greeted you in the morning even if you didn’t have breakfast. Gave you top tips for where to visit and traffic issues to avoid. Even as a frequent visitor to the area I was made aware of new places to go and see. I think It’s the little things that count, fresh milk for your tea/coffee, good quality toiletries including hand cream (with all this hand sanitisation in shops this was very welcome). and hair conditioner. Breakfast was to die for, couldn’t finish it but had to leave room for the home made jams and marmalades (lemon,lime and tequila 😋😋).keep up the great work guys, we’ll certainly be back 👍

We booked up to go to a wedding at the castle which was in walking distance. Absolutely beautiful place to stay, rooms are immaculate, well maintained and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. The attention to detail is fantastic from beautiful shower products and hand wash, Alexa in the room plus a coffee machine. Everything is high quality. Clearly run by people with a passion for hospitality. Frankly we’ve paid a lot more in other places that come nowhere near these standards. To top it off a perfectly cooked breakfast that shouldn’t be missed.
