Had the best birthday, relaxing in this gorgeous spa. Staff very lovely, lunch was amazing which we had on the vineyard estate. Me and my mum had a 50min treatment each which was 10/10. The therapist was lovely and great at her job. Would definitely come back here. Thank you again for making my birthday so amazing.

Spa is dirty and hot tubs are cold. So disgusting, the worst spa we have ever visited. There are 3 hot tubs. None were available as the only one that was hot was filthy with scum floating in the water and on the sides. The other 2 were cold. When bought to the attention of the manager Jessica she was so incredibly rude. I have never been spoken to in that way, no apology just very rude and very aggressive.

This is a totally fabulous place. What a quirky little place this is and tucked away from the main hotel. We had a lovely time and a great spa experience. We will certainly come again and will stay here a bit longer. Thank you for excellent service.

Booked a spa day with a friend, never been here before, arrived at the hotel, rang the bell & waited at least 10ins before someone arrived to tell us spa was down the side of the hotel, taken to spa, briefly shown around, had a massage which was average & a facial, agian was average, went to the outside jacuzzi, was not a pleasant experience, was not clean & had scum all around the edges. Basically left to fend for ourselves, asked for a glass of wine, took ages to arrive, the changing rooms were ok but nowhere to leave wet towels etc. Some areas were looking tired & unloved. We had transport to restaurant, food was amazing, staff were lovely, as was the wine, defo recommend food. Shame the spa lets its down. Could do with tlc

This place is a little gem. A big thank you to Alex and Rosina who couldn’t do enough for us. We were greeting with a smile and glass of Cuvee on arrival and then we proceeded to the Spa facilities which comprise of hot tubs, Jacuzzi, saunas and steam room which were delightful!! We particularly enjoyed the massage chairs we have never come across this in a Spa hotel… make sure you give this a go !! We ventured out to the vineyard restaurant the food was amazing and the server even wore white gloves!! Would definitely recommend this place for a romantic getaway to relax !!!

What a fantastic little find this was. A beautifully appointed, quirky (in a great way) boutique hotel right in the heart of Wickham. We stayed for one night in The Butterfly Suite on the top floor and I don’t think there was a single thing of note we didn’t love about it. In fact, one of the comfiest beds I think I’ve ever slept in with the softest, silkiest bed linen. It all felt incredibly luxurious despite the wonky floors of a historic building and relatively low ceiling of an attic room. The breakfast which was included in the price was outstanding, my husband had the full English and I had the french toast waffle with maple syrup and bacon, it was all delicious. The staff could not have been more attentive. Finally, the Spa - wow! It is quaint and a little eclectic but exceptional. On the day we arrived I enjoyed the full body salt & oil scrub treatment followed by a wonderful back & scalp massage and fascial. The morning we were due to leave we both went to the spa for a couple of hours, everything about it is exceptional, the decor and materials throughout, it’s warm and welcoming like a giant hug. The well thought out saunas with cold plunge barrels outside, the large jacuzzi at the back is fantastic as are the massage chairs and magnetic water bed. We both floated back to the car afterwards. Please share where the bed linen comes from?! We will most definitely be back! Thank you so much!
