DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! We went to a concert in Fargo last minute and this was the only place left. They charged $250.00 for one night. The room they gave us was filthy and very unsafe! The smoke alarm was ripped off the wall, 2nd floor window had no screen and wouldn't lock. Door missing part of the trim snd the secondary lock arm. Toilet was dirty, sink was dirty, A/C held in place with duct tape. Shelf half ripped out of the wall, walls were filthy, fridge had old hot dogs in it. The halls had all kinds of dirt and other debris and the outer door didn't shut right and didn't lock. We asked for a refund as there was no way we were staying in this unsafe dump and are getting the run around and having to go through the BBB to try get our $250.00 back. They were overbooked by 6 rooms so you know they rented it to someone else so they are double dipping!!! Pretty sure it was someone else who put a similar review on here for the same night. Would give negative stars if I could!

100% the worst hotel I have ever seen. ***** hair in bathroom on toilet and in tub. Hair on dirty sink, towels were stained and filthy. Curtains falling off rod, light shades had holes and were broken, the carpet was so filthy it was sticky. Splatters on walls in bathroom and by the bed. Pulled back the bedspread to find stained sheets and more hair. Pillowcases stained. We tried to call the front desk to get a new room but the phone was dead. Also the smoke detector was pulled off the wall and was laying on the bottom of the nightstand. We went to the front desk and the guy said he didn’t know if was dirty and was going to tell the housekeeper to clean it. Told him we wanted a new room. He found us one - so he said - brought us upstairs - it smelled so bad of *********. He abruptly turned around and brought us back down the stairs then back to the basement and brought us to the room next door to our original room. He asked if it was ok for us. We told him he had to stay while we looked at it. I pulled the bedspread back and a fly flew out. More stained sheets - exact same as the other room. Said we would get a refund to our credit card - we will see. DO NOT, DO NOT stay here. It did NOT feel safe, it’s disgusting and I am pretty sure the gal working there was tweeking. A phone call will be going to the department of health immediately.
