On the upper floor is the sleeping area with 3 rooms and a bathroom, a 1 bed room, a 2 bed room and. a 3 bed room.On the upper floor and on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower.You get directly from the living area on the ground floor to the terrace with a very large garden where children can use our new trampoline. Next to the terrace is a large canopy and a cozy lounge for chilling out.A new gas grill is also available so that you can fully enjoy the garden. With this house we offer you the opportunity to live in an entire house with a garden, surrounded by organic fruit orchards (Lake Constance fruit), all for you alone. In Horgenzell, Bavendorf, or Neuhaus just a few minutes away by car you will find enough opportunities to do your shopping.
