Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Farmers Branch

Clean enough. Had washer and dryer 2 sets 2.00 each. Vending machines and clean pool. Some strange characters but I learned a long time ago don't judge a book by its cover. Overall not a bad place in and out quick night it was good stop it

I love everything about it the staff the property the area other than the polices everything is fine when I go anywhere I’m gonna always choose Motel 6

I liked everything about the hotel an it’s an amazing experience I love motel 6 you can tell I really don’t book with no other

Decent place for the cost. Didn’t get shampoo in the room. Parking lot had quite a bit of activity

I was literally harrassed on the daily. I payed via ******* app. And even though i had made a payment and paid for the room. They would not let me stay in the same room. They said they dont give room extensions on the weekends. Which means i have to check out and check back in. But i spoke with other guest and they werent getting kicked out of their room. and made to check back in at 2pm. And then once 2pm hit the manager tried to give me a run around about how there are no rooms. I dont have a car at the monent so i had to move all my stuff to the curb and wait until check in. This went on for a few days. The manager said if i let her know i would be saying a day prior this wouldnt hapoen so i did that and paid usually on the app. After i paid one morning for the room. One of the manager bangs on my door and tells me i have 15 min to get out or they were gonna call the police. I told him i already paid he said he didnt care. They wouldnt and to this day have not given me a reason why they did this. I wasnt violating any policies. Or anything. It was for myself,my husband and my pregnant sister. We had gone to this motel because the same thing happened at another property in North Dallas. Motel 6 on forest ln. And come to find out they are owned by the same franchise owner. This is completely unprofessional. And messed up! I got kicked out and they canceled by reservation. Im still super upset with this and find it completly unacceptable.

Stole my pillow, lied about it. Never returned my call about it. Never going back there
