Beautiful property but lacking in SLH service level. Lots of young staff who stare at you but do not help or engage, likely because they don’t speak English. Not SLH service or quality by a long shot but clean, nice facility. Likely needs better management

為什麼差？ 因為沒熱水。招待所該有的，世界小型豪華酒店集團成員的酒店沒有？而且除了對不起，沒有任何措施。退房時給了瓶氣泡酒。太沒誠意。 房卡最少4次做了打不開。一次前台給了總管卡臨時用，一次拿手機上來開。 房間和圖片不符合，我訂的房型是沒有橫樑的，偏偏給的是有的。就在床的正上方，有點恐怖。 優點:早餐不錯，順便説下晚餐很貴且一般，但是附近沒有什麼選擇，太偏，衹能這樣了。 如果你遇上天氣好，早點起來看日出，風景不錯。 總結:這個酒店這樣發展，必然要背世界小型豪華酒店踢出局。

非常滿意的一次入住，交通方便，周邊附近處處是美景，酒店非常安靜，非常時尚，跟一般的歐洲酒店不一樣，這個酒店非常的時尚摩登！值得入住！！這邊意大利最集中的紅酒產地！非常好喝！

舒適温馨，性價比高

I am terribly disappointed by the service of Villa Soligo. A hotel that claims to be a luxury hotel has disappointed in almost every aspect. I feel fooled by the very nice and professional website, the reality unfortunately looks very much different. Despite having a luxury hotel pricing, the employees have been rude, the breakfast is at best average, room interieur such as the toilet cistern have been broken. It was extremely cold in the hotel and despite asking for support to heat up the room no one helped. Be extremely careful with booking additional services such as wine tours. They are completely overpriced, the hotel changed 12 hours before the trip the set up and timing of the trip and still charged the same. There are many nice hotels in this area, I am convinced there are better places and probably for less money.

We did not feel welcome in this hotel. There are no standards at all to be find in service or guest treatment. We had a family suite which is designed nicely. So here are the problems: 1. Cold welcome without any introduction of the service provided by the hotel neither the area. 2. Our room had big junks of dust as you can see in the fotos 3. Our room has a street running of ants 4. Our room has not been cleaned even we put the sign (which they claim we did not. After calling the reception after lunch they said they will clean it, didnt happen again. The answer. We dont have cleaning in the afternoon. After insisting and insisting they finally made the basic works. 5. When we came from dinner at 24:00 the gate was closed to enter the property and nobody answered the bell. We were with two children. I had to climb the wall to make my way into the reception and ring the reception bell like crazy until somone came to open to my family. 6. On the first day we made a reservation for the restaurant of the hotel and one hour before they called us that the restaurant is not open because of a problem with the light. 7. At the breakfast we had to ask for service otherwise no one cared. We had to ask somone to clean the used table and then we had to ask again for the coffee which they again forgot to bring. 8. The pool is closed (20 of may sunny and warm) and no one told us before. They knew we come with two children. No attention to children at all. There is nothing to to do or to play with for them. The young staff is friendly but completly inexperienced. We have never seen a hotel beeing runned like this.

Comfortable villa in a picturesque area. High-quality room renovation, service. Excellent wines in the restaurant. The restaurant itself is also not bad. But it would be nice to work on the dishes. Although there are very good restaurants in the area too

The original villa is lovely, as was the welcoming staff. We opted for a "suite" in the nearby building. We were able to park our car in front of our room. The "suite", however, was disappointing in that it was very small, with the bathroom inconveniently designed. One night was enough. The real disappointment was the "gourmet" restaurant, which I probably should review separately. Pretentious with mediocre food, and expensive.

What a charming hotel in Veneto! We landed in Venice and so happy we chose to relax in this quiet little town. After spending the morning in Treviso, we drove another 30 minutes or so where we were warmly greeted by the staff. Their pool was a perfect spot to relax, take in the beautiful view, take a nap---and enjoy a glass of Prosecco! Breakfast the next morning offered fresh and healthy choices. We so enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, enjoying the beautiful mountain view and vineyards. Thanks for perfect first evening in Italy...we'll be back!

The hotel is built on a classical Palladian style villa built in 1782. I stayed one night (Room 101) in this luxury property in the Prosecco region on a group business tour of the region. The room is spacious and modern with luxurious fittings but perhaps a little lacking in "soul". There was only one chair (which did not matter as a solo traveller) and the bathroom had sink, bidet, toilet and a very good walk-in shower. I did a tour of the property and the facilities looked excellent but had very little time to enjoy them in full. Our group had dinner in the gourmet restaurant which was excellent - the chef had worked previously in Michelin starred establishments and the restaurant would deserve this accolade. Breakfast was quite simple but perfectly acceptable and eggs can be cooked separately if desired. It was very quiet in the hotel so we did not get the chance to feel the full atmosphere.

My daughter and I are visiting Italy and based ourselves in Treviso - to escape the heat we chose to book a couple of nights at Hotel Villa Soligo and so pleased that we did ! A quick train ride from Treviso to Cornegliano (which looked gorgeous itself !) then in a cab for 15 minutes and we were welcome at the hotel. Just stunning - incredible service from the stage of booking to when we arrived. Professional and friendly. The pool was gorgeous (with a lovely pool man) - with drinks served from a bar. Such a treat ! It was very quiet - with large bedrooms and fantastic shower. We did eat at the hotel one night but the next we went to the local Osteria just next door in the village. Could not recommend highly enough. We will return !! PS Save room for breakfast !

The final hotel of 5 in our Dolomites stay, and a great way to finish our trip in comfort & style. Gorgeous decor, amazing bathroom & huge shower. Spacious two room suite with four poster bed, bathroom, entrance area with storage/hospitality area, and a separate living room. Great pool for a refreshing swim & relaxing afternoon enjoying a light lunch & drinks. Attentive friendly service from all staff. Good variety at breakfast, including all usual buffet & cooked options. Being the Prosecco region, served with orange juice at breakfast. Only negative was our room was in the end of the property, with road running alongside on a corner - every time a car came round the corner it hit a manhole making a thumping noise. This was ongoing, would have been good to be supplied little earplugs for bedtime - so whilst super comfy beds, sleep disturbed by the continual metallic thump sound from passing cars. None the less, a lovely stay!

Had an extended family trip to Villa Soligo and can thoroughly recommend. The building is gorgeous with a nice airy entrance, a beautiful courtyard and a cosy bar. Rooms vary quite a lot between the spectacular and the slightly cramped so make sure you pick carefully. All were comfortable however. The staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything requested. Location is great - a short walk from a cosy steak restaurant and a few shops and cafe bars. And a short drive from some beautiful villages and towns (Treviso is definitely worth a visit). Breakfast was decent with some nice handmade options and the tasting dinner we had one night in the formal restaurant was simply exquisite. Spectacular food and great value too. In terms of niggles the pool was a bit dirty and the cleaning was a bit haphazard both in quality and not happening until quite late in the day. Service at breakfast was a bit chaotic on occasion but generally fine. Overall highly recommend this hidden gem.
