Beautiful, cosy house "La Souate". 3.5 km from the centre of Fayence, 4 km from the centre of Tourrettes, 28 km from the centre of Draguignan, in the residential district, 30 km from the sea. Private: beautiful garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 30 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace. In the house: table football. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
