Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completely remodeled 1890’s farmhouse located in Warrenton behind Zapp Hall. It is 4 miles from Round Top. Marburger Farm is only a mile and Junk Gypsy is 3 miles. It is walking distance to all of Warrenton. Amazing Stay Second time to stay at this property. Definitely plan on coming back. Extremely clean and well kept. We brought our own water and coffee- but they even had drip coffee available and some bottled waters in the fridge. We used the two downstairs beds and they are very comfortable.The location is TRULY unbeatable! You can walk to all of your favorite Warrenton shopping.

Mom/Daughter Round Top Overnight Our stay was lovely! Communication and check-in process went flawlessly. The cottage was very clean & cozy. We loved having 2 separate bedrooms, bath and a kitchen for late night snacks and early morning coffee before hitting the tents. We have already booked again for Spring 2025!

Best place to stay! The cottage was the perfect getaway spot with all the luxuries of life included. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained home that provided my husband and I and our friends relaxation and respite. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and I cannot wait to go back!

MOTHER DAUGHTER GET AWAY My daughter found this Barbie doll house on-line and it truly was a wonderful experience. I needed a quiet laid-back couple of days and this was the perfect choice. The jack and jill bathroom worked perfect for us. The only thing missing was a rocking chair on the porch and a swimming pool. I look forward to a return visit in the fall.
