Cute little bungalow off MLK Blvd, this place is a must-stay for Razorback fans and bike enthusiasts! You and your guests will love being directly across the street from the Razorback Greenway and walking distance to Baum Stadium and only one mile to Bud Walton and Razorback Stadiums.
Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.
There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! Great location
We really like the location when we come to watch a Razorback baseball game. In walking distance! Also, a big plus is its pet-friendly!

Great experience
The house was in a great location, clean, comfortable beds, easy instruction for check out, and owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great value
Property was as described. Overall very clean and comfy. Great communication. Furniture issue was quickly solved to our satisfaction. Great location except on a busy street, but traffic noise did not greatly affect our stay. Large secure backyard, great for pets.

Nice place to stay for a football weekend!
There were a couple of items missing like hand soap and extra toilet tissue but the owner brought them over. Would have been nice to have had kleenex tissues and perhaps a coffee table to sit drinks on. Other than that it was comfortable and very clean.
