The hotel was so clean and the location was so nice. We'll stay at this hotel again next time

Very pleasant staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Centrally located in the Tacoma Federal Way area and easy highway access Would choose to stay with them again.

There really isn't any food except for the continental breakfast, which is over at 9am and you only get 4 items and only one of each item.

Location etc fine but they didn't fix leaking/non functioning toilet despite calling couple of times.

Very good customer service in spite what's going on around the world. I will be back the lady that checked us in was making sure we were taking care of not just us but every customer she came in contact with she was awesome!!!

Trip over booked my stay and the receptionist did her best to accommodate me in a room highly recommend. good hotel for the price

Good location. Many restaurants and shops around the hotels in a walking distance. The room was quiet and clean.

They advertise a full restaurant and they have nothing. They advertise a free breakfast, but had nothing but coffee ☕. The guest service was good.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and left us feeling like they cared about our experience, so, thank you for that. The location is good, central to a lot of stuff (which is why we have stayed in this area frequently). Cleanliness was ok, not great, but no significant concerns. Where this property lacks is facilities. It's seen better days. It's not a BW anymore, but still has some legacy BW stuff (ie their wifi is still called BWFederalWay or something like that). The lounge and restaurant has not reopened since closing during COVID, in many cases this wouldn't have mattered to us, but, for this particular stay, it did matter. There are signs of disrepair (eg broken window on the sixth floor elevator area - which we had to visit to get ice from one of their two ice machines). Overall, we might stay here again, depends on pricing / availability of the (many) other properties in the area.

Would not use trip.com again got to the hotel and they had no rooms available. Now i am still waiting for a refund.

The property had been sold by Best Western about a year ago and the new management company is so lazy that they didn't even change the wifi password. That tells you the rest of the property's condition. No one seems to know what's working or not working in the hotel. Breakfast was horrible and they ran out of food before 9 a.m. They listed EV charging as an amenity (one of the main reasons why I booked it). None of the chargers are working. The facility has the potential of a 4-star hotel. But is being treated like a 1-star motel with poor staffing and facility upkeeps.
