It has the best view. The staff is friendly. They explained the route and have me a map. They also provided me with the adaptor so i didn't have a problem with charging. The room is comfortable.

The location is good near the wind bridge (near the night show) room was very nice view. The host was helpful. She pick up us from the meeting point at the village and give information about the town.

We stayed at the deluxe 2 bedrooms. It faces the river and near the bridge where most visitors would cross to come into the ancient town. The room was very nice and we sat at the balcony to enjoy the boats cruising the river, the night lights and the people in miao costumes posing for the photographers. The owner agreed to arrange a pickup for us from the train station and was waiting at the road curb to assist in carrying our bags, us being senior citizens. As there is a leg massage parlour on the ground floor, we were given a discount. Furthermore, she dressed us up in the costumes free of charge and we had a fun time taking pictures around the ancient town. The owner also explained to us with a map on how to and where to go in the ancient town in the day time and night time for different experiences and also where to eat. Also, the hotel is away from the pubs and cafes with lots of singing. No doubt, you can still hear the singing but it is far enough not to disturb you. Anyway, the singing stops at 11.30pm. The owner was always cheerful and ready to assist us in all manner including getting us a taxi to the train station.

Nice hotel besides the river where all the attractions are situated. The boss is very warm and share all the attractions area to see. The hotel is not very far from the when you took the bus from the railway station to the bus terminal.

The hotel has the best location in the city, in the very center on the river bank. There are wonderful views from the balcony. The room is huge, beautiful, with a Western toilet. The hostess is amazing! She met us on the bridge, escorted us to the hotel, and even helped us carry our luggage. She gave us a map of the city with the sights, told us everything and showed us on it. We communicated using a translator on the phone, we haven't troubles with this wonderful women in communication. We are very glad that we chose this hotel!

The hotel is beautifully situated (fantastic premium view) and the staff are very friendly and make your stay comfortable especially knowing I was travelling solo. They looked after my needs and made my stay beautiful. Especially the host. She was extremely lovely and even helped me get a taxi at the end of my stay as Didi isn’t so reliable there

Excellent service and location. Only downside is that music is played by/on the river until about 11pm, but that is a problem you will encounter in all central hostels in Fenghuang Cheng.

Superb location and amazing view from my balcony. Friendly staff and accommodating. I don’t speak mandarin but she (刘艳) was able to explain in details what to see in the area. Dos and donts. Also recommended a go to local restaurant for braised beef noodles. She was very helpful and fulfilled my requests. Highly highly recommended! The area can be a little noisy from the pubs (singing/music) nearby but it’s part of the vibes. I kinda enjoyed listening to the music. They stop at 11.30pm and completely quiet. Check this hotel out!
