⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an outstanding piece of architecture that blends so well in the ancient city. All the modern amenities you could ask for. The tranquility environment gives you peace when you stay there. The service was exceptional over and above what most hotels give. Our special thanks to the owner who provided us with generous and wonderful hospitality. Thanks to the girls who helped us to move our luggage out to the main road. She also recommended restaurants and nearby attractions. The room was modern, spacious and luxurious. The lighting and decor in the room was so thoughtful. The mattress was so comfortable and everything was sparkly clean. The breakfast was freshly made, it was delicious. The location was at the centre of the ancient city but you wouldn't hear the noise. A lot of people come to take photos at the main door. We love this place and will come back again, ❣️

It is located in the back alley but it’s not too far from the Main Street (probably 30 seconds walk away) quiet, peaceful and great architecture. Also great home made breakfast. Gucheng is a busy buzz place but to able to enjoy the quiet and calm in the stay is a great experience. The owner pick us up for free and help us with the luggage when we arrive. It is not too far from Nan Hua Bridge.

I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are all so friendly, so helpful, and so kind. They hauled our very heavy luggage a long way, which was truly appreciated. The room was immaculately clean, with very stylish lighting, and great amenities. The hotel is also beautiful. Stay at least two nights if you can.

Amazing boutique hotel located in the center of Fenghuang old town, with amazing staff and great luxurious atmosphere! ❤️ The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and with all modern amenities. Everything was incredibly clean and felt brand new. Our highlights were the comfy bedsheets and the elegant bathtub, which were the perfect end after a long day of traveling! Breakfast in the morning comes as a set menu of Chinese typical breakfast dishes, including noodle soup , dim sum, fresh fruit, all tasty and made fresh. In case you are too lazy to wake up early, in the room there is available a nice selection of local teas and coffee free of charge.☺️ The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is central to the old town and yet away from the noise of the crowds and bars which stay opened until late ar night. All main points of interest are easily reachable by foot within 5 minutes. A special mention goes to the family staff who went above and beyond to meet our request! They not only helped us organize car transfer from and to the train station, (including carrying our luggage to the main road since in the old town no cars are allowed), but also to book tickets to the nearby attractions, give us restaurant recommendations, and even provide heating machine for the room. We cannot recommend enough this hotel for anybody who wants to spend a great relaxing time in Fenghuang old city. They surely know how to make a guest feel pampered for the whole stay! 5🌟 top service, thank you !!!

The hotel is located in a small lane close to the river but away from the crowds, with only a few visitors may come over to take pictures. If tired of noise, this is nice place to stay. It is quiet and it is quaint. Rooms are spacious and clean in styles of tradition and philosophy. The owner family members are very friendly, and they would invite guests to have a cup of tea in the tearoom. It was a nice stay.

The stay was very pleasant. The room is pleasing with space enough for us to open luggage and move around. Tastefully decorated with classic furniture with a modern twist make the whole place comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is awesome with noodle, porridge and coffee. The owner is very friendly offering us free pick up from the train station n invited us to Chinese Tea after we came back from strolling outside. The staff also helped us with the luggage and little efforts added up to make our stay very memorable

The stay was so beautiful & homey! We were picked up from the train station for free and the driver helped us with the baggages as soon as he saw us. Upon arriving, the lady owner and aunties also helped us carried all our big luggages happily. In the morning the owners & aunties greeted us & served us breakfast, making us feel very at home. Great location as its walking distance and the center of all the popular spots to visit in Fenghuang. The owner also help arranged ride back to railway station, thou the fee was more than Didi, we still chose their transport as it was much more convenient and definitely a more safer drive. Overall i recommend the stay to anyone visiting Fenghuang. Thank you for the owners and aunties for the great hospitality. We had a very comfortable & memorable stay!

Super nice stay, great new rooms and very tasteful inventory. Central and also quiet location to explore Fenghuang old town. It needs to be mentioned that the hotel is in the pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car directly so last meters need to be walked. Hotel staff are very helpful to assist with a trolley to carry the suitcases

Very helpful and friendly staff. Helped us to transport luggage to and from the transport pick up/drop off point (as no cars allowed in the main area). Hotel room was modern and clean. Very comfortable stay and brilliant location! Thank you to the team for a wonderful start to 2025 :)

My only review ever made. The owners themselves runs the establishment, they give their best to serve and guide you on your tour. The place is quite well furnished and can tell it’s done up not too long ago, well maintained too. Definitely worth trying!

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location. The design was beautiful and really repsected the heritage of the building, whilst having all the modern conveniences. Great service - super friendly and welcoming. woudl recommend to anyone

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The hotel service, the location, the interior, the food. We arrived at the hotel and could immediately feel the zen. The little garden, the reception, the room, everything was calm and elegant. The location was fantastic too as it was close to the river centrally located within the city, yet far away from all the noise that comes at night from the karaoke bars and hustle of the tourists. And the service we received needs a special call out as the owner helped us carry our luggage up a secret path to the bridge and hailed a cab for us to the train station. We would come anytime again, thank you!
