I recently stayed at a hotel near the ancient town of Fenghuang, and it was the perfect base for exploring this beautiful, historic area. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the riverside and the heart of the old town, where all the vibrant shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions are located. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel was tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and quiet stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and the rainfall shower in the bathroom. There was also a cozy seating area and a private balcony, offering lovely views of the town and the surrounding river. Little touches like complimentary tea and snacks made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for its prime location and excellent room amenities, offering both convenience and comfort for anyone visiting Fenghuang.

It is good location if wish to stay slightly away from the crowded and noisy center. Important note that there is no lift available but it is still a decent stay at affordable price.

The boss is very energetic and kind! The hotel is very close to the famous Red Bridge. My room was very clean and comfortable

First off nobody knew exactly where this place is...not even the noodle shop right next door. I will post a picture of the noodle place and the Hotel.LOL Unfortunately the one bad review I saw was correct. It does not really feel like entering a professionally run Hotel as nobody pays attention to you and people are just hanging out casually in the lobby area. Although the rooms are matching the photos, it does not have a nice feel to it since there are many odd construction errors. In the evening the noise from the street is extreme. It was as noisy as being in the middle of New Delhi India! The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable but I would not chose this Hotel again.

Great location. We took a taxi from high speed train station, it cost only 22.5 CNY, taxi stopped in front of the hotel. Further more, the hotel located near the river and main attractions within few minutes walk and far enough from noise.The hotel room was very clean with comfy bed. The owner was very nice and helpful ,she tried to help us to buy train tickets which we could not buy online. Thanks.

賓館在古鎮上游，還沒進景點，但也是較繁華的一段了，所以，臨街的這個最大缺點就吵，凌晨三點多還能頻繁聽到鳴笛聲，清晨六七點街邊商鋪就開始營業了，很影響休息。因為古鎮較裏街道都很窄，所以賓館停車場超級遠，開車、停車非常不方便。這個叫賓館其實更像民宿，民宿的一些缺點都有：衞生不乾淨（地上灰塵、頭髮絲隨處可見，枕皮被套有污漬），設備簡陋（淋浴出水很小、洗手枱很淺而且竟然在外面，一次性浴巾），房間窄小。民宿的優點（臨景）卻沒有。小六百元的房費住了價值一百多元的房間，衹能説十一有坑無語了。我們住了兩天，第二天讓簡單打掃一下，結果，連被子都沒給我們鋪一下，衞生間扔到外面的衞生紙仍然在那裡，就把垃圾提出去給了新的牙刷浴巾就算收拾了！！地上掉的頭髮到處是也沒人掃。唉……唯一能讚的地方也就衹能是老闆還算熱情，頂樓有老式洗衣機還有洗衣液可以洗衣服晾衣服了吧。雖然十一很忙但是整體對待旅客真的太敷衍了。對住宿有點要求的不推薦！

自踏進這家酒店的大門開始，便被一種賓至如歸的感覺所包圍。前台人員的笑容温暖而專業，辦理入住的過程迅速高效，讓人瞬間卸下旅途的疲憊。步入客房，整潔優雅的空間佈局映入眼簾，每一個細節都透露着對品質的追求。床墊柔軟適中，枕頭選擇豐富，確保了一夜安眠。

酒店衞生條件差，先安排的房間都沒收拾乾淨，一股油煙味，後面又換一間同樣臟兮兮，漏下的梳子、棉簽等，衞生間地漏堵塞嚴重不下水，裝修損壞多處，停車也很遠，唯獨前台服務算中規中矩，步行江邊方便。

升級了親子房，房間很不錯，乾淨、寬敞，服務周到細緻，在我退房時，工作人員還耐心詢問我的住宿體驗，這種對客人的重視讓人很感動。總之是一家非常好的酒店。

酒店管家非常熱情負責人，我們還沒到店就提前聯繫以最方便的路線到達酒店，車到門口了還幫忙提行李去房間，古城都沒電梯，但是樓層不高，房間衞生做得很仔細，乾乾淨淨，新裝修簡約透氣採光好，臨江第二排，4樓房間從窗户可以看見河邊夜景，總的來説我們住得特別開心滿意！下次有時間還是過來住!

酒店位置是自駕首選，車可以開到酒店門口，停車庫就在周邊200米出。出行夜景和網紅打卡地都近。附近小吃，土特產，旅拍，湘菜館都有。所以選擇這家店吃住都方便。 房間乾淨，空間大，採光好！強烈推薦！

酒店位置很好，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，離江邊步行一分鐘不到，房間很安靜，服務前台也非常熱心，停車也方便，站橋上可以看全景，非常不錯的體驗，值得推薦。

新酒店房間非常乾淨，設施齊全，空調給力.地理位置很棒，離南華橋和打卡地都很近，自駕可以直接到門口下車，停車庫就在附近，古城都是古香古色的建築，都沒電梯，不過樓層都不超過4樓，店長熱心負責體貼，我們有長者優先安排了低樓層， 細心講解了古城出行遊玩攻略，推薦的酒吧消費不貴很隨意，還有餐廳味道很好地地道道的湘菜，反正選擇這家店不會踩雷!還會得到很好的服務!

今年新開業的酒店，房間大特別整潔乾淨，設施齊全，周邊環境不錯！樓頂還有寬敞的晾曬區，也有洗衣機，所以洗衣服非常方便。 位置好找，交通便利，店家非常熱情有責任，在門口幫忙接行李，還親自帶去停車。 必須純手工打好評！
