New and clean accommodation, The location of the accommodation is not on the river but near the river. Add a little money and you can choose a room with a river view. It is near Nanhua Bridge, so there is no noise from the pubs at night. When you arrive at Fenghuang Station, the accommodation will let you pick up a Maglav ticket, sit and enjoy the view, go to the station near the accommodation and let the car pick you up, help you carry your luggage. Importantly, the accommodation has free local costumes, you can change into them for walking around or taking pictures without any conditions. Before leaving, they also gave us snacks, helped us carry our luggage to the taxi.

They picked me up from fenghuang train station and which is 20 min away and also sent me there all free of charge. Location is very convenient , just at the old town and many restaurants all around.. a beautiful balcony with excellent view of the old town.. very pleasant stay with nice free tea provided

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with thoughtful and personalized service. The butler was incredibly helpful, sharing detailed tips on exploring Phoenix Ancient Town and even booking a river ride tour for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The hotel also provided a unique Miao costume service, adding a cultural touch to our experience. To our surprise, we received a lovely small souvenir upon checkout, which was a sweet gesture. They also assisted in booking a ride-hailing service for our departure, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. Overall, the attention to detail and exceptional service made this stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phoenix Ancient Town!

The service was excellent and arrangement for the pick up was good. The hotel staff came and helped carries the luggage and welcome us. The room is very big and clean. I would recommend this hotel.
