The hotel close to the river, it's lovely walk along the river pathway to the old town，amazingview。good location. The room is big and comfortable, the mattress is super comfortable, we loved it so much. However, it's not mini refrigerator in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful, we appreciated the tea they have in the lobby which included flowers tea. The phoenix town is absolutely stunning.

Room size is ok but a bit disappointed that the carpet is very dirty.

The hotel is nice. The design makes you feel like you’re in a castle: big heavy wooden doors and beds, fireplace etc. The bed was what I liked the most, perfectly clean and comfortable. We were really tired after several days of hiking in Zhangjiajie and Wulingyuan and had a very good rest in this hotel. The location is 15 minutes walk to the center. They also provided free transportation from and to the train station. There is free afternoon tea with sweets and fruits. And the price for the night is quite reasonable for what you get.

The hotel service is impressively comprehensive, offering thoughtful touches such as complimentary airport pickup, welcome tea and snacks, Miao custom costumes, and a helpful briefing on how to tour Feng Huang Gu Zhen. These details made our travel experience much easier and more enjoyable. With improvements in cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to be truly outstanding.

It is not far from the Tuojiang River, and it is very pleasant to stroll around nearby after having dinner. The room is spacious and clean, the quality of facilities and supplies is good, and the housekeeping service is attentive.

The anticipation began from the seamless connection at the pick-up station to Brother helping to carry the luggage, the housekeeping service is too meticulous, the facilities are perfect, clean and hygienic, the experience is superb.

It is only a few minutes' walk to integrate into the map of food on both sides of the Tuojiang River, from street food to local restaurants, and it is extremely convenient to explore. The 24-hour butler is like a "living map of food," recommending restaurants and hidden shops without any mistakes, and helping to book popular seats. The room is comfortable enough to soothe the tired legs after a long walk. When taking a bath, the plant fragrance of that set of customized washing products can cleverly neutralize the smell of various foods, making the body and mind return to freshness. For foodies, this is not only a place to sleep, but also a base camp for taste exploration.
