Zhuoyuan Homestay

The young boss' personal touch & his enthusiasm to make sure our stay is pleasant made all the difference. Upon arrival at the HSR train station, we were promptly picked up by the hotel assigned driver. This was arranged about 30 minutes before our arrival with a simple call to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were met by the boss at the drop-off point. He warmly welcomed us & even helped with our luggage. He then showed us the entire map of the place on interest & advise us how to maximise our stay. He also suggested the routes that we should take. Overall, it has been an excellent experience.

This hotel is the best! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the hotel is close to al scenic spots but not in the crowded area. The host is beyond hospitable, he provided us with fresh fruit, umbrellas, a map of the town, a souvenir, he showed his pets to our kids who loved them, he arranged a car to bring us to the trainstation…walked with us to the car and carried our luggage …and last but not least: he provided us with delicious freshly cooked breakfast!

Newly renovated, spacious rooms, meticulous service and attention to all details by the young bosses. Sit by the windows to enjoy views of garden with a cup of coffee. Bosses offer recommendations of restaurants, routes to walk the town, when & where to go for views & pictures etc… breakfast was individually prepared, yogurt sent to our rooms before we go to bed… they added a lamp for me in the garden and a glass of hot water while I was enjoying the chill air and tranquil atmosphere of the garden. Premise is 2 min away from river, conveniently located. Opportunity to put on 苗服 and play with their pets in the premises for free was an exceptional experience. Boss not only navigated for us a more cost and time efficient way to get to the airport, he also help book a cab and sent us off. To be exact, from the moment we arrived at the bridge (cab driver can already tell he was the one coming to pick us from the hostel) till he sent us off, they pay attention to every single detail that they could. Highly recommended hostel, book early to avoid disappointment (limited rooms available). Will definitely visit again
