The hostess was very friendly and helped us a lot with buying tickets. To a show and take as to the place . The room was good and comfortable.

The gracious owner personally picked us up from the railway station, thoughtfully offering to carry our luggage. Her warm and accommodating nature made us feel instantly welcomed. When we arrived, our originally assigned room was still occupied, but rather than keep us waiting, she generously upgraded us to a higher room category. The hotel manager was equally kind, surprising us with local snacks as a souvenir to take home. The room itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, exceptionally comfortable, and perfectly located for convenience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering thoughtful touches that made my our unforgettable. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and exudes a warm, inviting charm that immediately puts you at ease. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host’s incredible kindness and attention to detail. Whether it was offering local recommendations, checking in to see if I needed anything, or just greeting me with a warm smile each day, their hospitality was truly top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and love what they do.

Service is tip top! Boss will welcome you from the taxi drop off point and also send you off. They provide free freshly grounded coffee, and recommended good restaurants which served really delicious dishes. Room is really clean and we really spent a nice time chilling at the balcony area. We were given souvenirs when we checked out. Though the room is a bit small with no extra space, the friendliness of the lady boss and boss made up for this and made this a really pleasant stay.

The location of hotel is well located beside the river.

Mengyuan tuojiang is located centrally along the riverside. The navigation on google maps may not be very precise and you may need to contact the lady boss or seek help from the locals to ask around for directions to the beibian street. The inn has a good window view and you can hear great live mandopop playing at the opposite stretch until 11pm. The lady boss, fangfang, was hospitable and gave great service. I had forgotten to bring my travel adaptor and she was helpful in lending me hers during my stay. She also gave free complimentary ginger candy that the locals eat. Thank you for the pleasant stay! 😊

Lovely spot. We came in the off season so the staff upgraded our room for free. After, they helped us plan our stay and helped us get some deals on tickets. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lady boss is very nice. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the river buzz. The five pubs on opposite the river bank could be a sound mess. But, we got to see the crowd on the balcony.

A bit of walk from the parking lot. The hotel sent one guy to help with the luggage, but he could only carry one, or wheeled 2 luggage the most. But the hotel is just next to the river. Great view. Very clean. Room is a bit small. Luggage can only be opened by placing on top of bed. The lady owner is nice and friendly. Gave us some tea leaves for us to enjoy the river view at the room balcony.

Very tight hotel but with lots of high tech equipment. Very loud at night from the live bands but they stop playing around late night.

Super extra helpful since arrival. Difficult to communicate but they did everything possible for it. Amazing treat to us, made us feel like home. We arrived very early for the check in and they offered a coffee and gave some tips to go around until it was ready. Really dedicated host! Place is beautiful and in the best spot, we could enjoy the views from our own balcony, no need to go out. We will come back for sure!
