Qixi Courtyard Guesthouse recensioner

The owner of the hotel is kind and helpful. You can contact him via Wechat if you have any questions travelling around the area. They provide recommendations on places to eat or visit. There's a shortcut to take the shuttle bus to the high speed rail station. There's a small bridge near the hotel that you can walk out to go to restaurants or shops outside. The dinner provided by the hotel was good. Rooms were big and suitable for families/groups travelling together. Only wish there was more plug points to charge devices.

I loved the location- a bit further away from the very busy center on a quiet street by a canal, with a beautiful stonebridge right in front of us. The guesthouse is overgrown with pink flowers, a small courtyard where the host was offering a dinner buffet for his guests which was also very tasty. The room had comfortable and clean beds with an enormous bathroom ( you actually went through the bathroom to get to your bedroom, which was a bit odd, but perfectly fine ) The city center by the main river in August can get really crowded and quite loud so we appreciated it very much to be a couple of minutes walk away from it where it was calm and quiet

This hotel definitely lives up to the photos! It was stunning! While we were there it snowed, making everything more magical! The room was very cold but the manager gave us an extra duvet and heated blankets. The bathtub wouldn't fill properly which is the only reason for not getting all 5 stars. The manager is super friendly and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and was always ready to help!

Great experience! We arrived very early and were able to check in with no problem. We were given an upgrade in our room which was perfect; very spacious, clean and comfortable. Also we were offered dinner in the courtyard of the hotel, very delicious! Finally the owner helped us with all our questions and was very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Homestay staff met, helped with our luggage and patiently walked us to the homestay. Home cooked local taste dinner prepared by 阿姨 was very good, all of us enjoyed it very much. Thank you, Qixi Courtyard homestay for the memorable one night stay.

不知道這麼多好評哪裡來的，房子很差感覺衹值100～沒有裝修，水也不熱，洗不了澡，傢俱破舊距離河邊也遠～牆壁感覺都是用鋁板圍起來的，想換房間，要不是晚上半夜沒房了不會住這裏

房間挺大的，不過那個外面套間真的可有可無吧，好評是衞生間浴室，帶了大浴缸，我的泡泡液有了用武之地，泡個澡真舒服。但是淋浴冷熱水太難調了不是冷了就是熱了，最後，評論的時候我出來已經住了四家了，他們家是唯一一家早上把我吵醒的，當然也是唯一一家民宿，可能民宿的通病，一大早一家人説鑰匙壞裏面打不開都聽的清清楚楚

很滿意的一次旅行 我們是6點10到的 然後不知道怎麼走 和前台耐心溝通後還在相應位置接我們 然後我們錯過了黎叔開餐 但是貼心的給我們留下了晚飯 吃得心都暖暖的 服務：超級到位 設施：都完善 很好 空調效果很好 環境：去周圍拍寫真也很方便

還是比較滿意的 中間有些小誤會但是已經解決了 就是沒吃到姨做的飯 很遺憾 鳳凰古城也很好玩 晚上很熱鬧 就是行程有點趕希望有機會再來 吃姨做的飯

在古城裡也轉了一圈，這家民宿的條件肯定是算好的，而且位置方便鬧中取靜。古城內的酒店應該都是沒有停車場的，停在遊客中心的停車場在自己走過來五分鐘左右，封頂40元可以接受。 老闆服務熱情，笑臉相迎，提前微信發送了定位，雖然我們沒有趕上晚飯，但也主動給我們提供了吃飯和遊玩的建議。因為下雨樓梯地滑，還幫我們換了陽台房間，窗外風景很好。 有兩個問題需要説一下，一是衞生條件確實趕不上酒店的標準，馬桶圈上有污漬（正面污漬較輕我自己處理了，背面確實是比較臟）。浴室裏也沒有洗髮水沐浴露，不知道是忘放了還是沒提供（因為我自帶了，所以沒有找老闆索要）。另一個是房間裏不提供瓶裝水！！！除了在國外已經很久沒有見到完全不提供水的酒店民宿了，晚上快十二點洗完澡躺在床上發現沒水的時候，我的內心是崩潰的😓雖然後來知道前台有飲水機可以自己接水，但是沒有帶自己的水瓶，而且還得從3樓下來，還是很不方便，希望老闆可以改善

首先優點：有晚餐，飯菜味道還不錯。老闆會提前聯繫，有事發微信會回。 缺點：環境非常差，有蜘蛛有鼻涕蟲。一次性用品沒有人進行更換，垃圾也不會清理。毛巾上面有黃色的痂，一點都不衞生。熱水得開5分鐘才來熱水還不熱。

通過小紅書瞭解到的這家，合院的結構，佈置較有特色，果斷退了另一家選擇了棲息民宿。整體還行吧，老闆比較熱情，響應也比較及時，到店前提前開了空調。房間作為親子房大小夠用的，但洗漱拖鞋是按照雙人房準備的，床品因為是白色，有些斑駁未處理乾淨，最大的問題是房間黴味較重，尤其小孩那一間窗户密封無法打開透氣，於是晚上我們和孩子交換了床。不知道其他樓層有沒有這個問題。這是需要改善的地方。自助餐還行吧，畢竟含在房費裏面，房費合理，其他方面也不能太過挑剔了。

作為自駕遊的轉折點，鳳凰住了一個晚上，來點評一下這家店。首先在🍠上看到有姐妹分享，就給自己也定了。我們是接近6點到的這個民宿，一路上老闆很負責的給我們介紹，停車很方便有很大的停車場也有充電樁，登頂一天停車費40。六點趕上了阿姨做飯，色香味俱全！很不錯。正巧是漲水泄洪後的一天來住，房間衞生間反味很重，和老闆反應，也很積極的來解決。房間裏沒有提供飲用水，這個希望老闆改進。總體還不錯。所處的位置真的很方便，左拐直行就是那個網紅的十里香牛肉粉還有他隔壁的買東西的小土屋。
