Excellent customer service, special thanks to Qinzi and the staff for their hospitality. We stayed at the Presidential Suite… room 9999 - absolutely gorgeous. Wish we has more time to explore Feng huang and stay at this hotel. The rooms was clean and very comfortable. Gorgeous furnishings! Convenient location. Loved every moment! Highly recommended.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Our butler was Qinzi琴子，she helped us a lot navigating around the old town. Will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phoenix old town

After reviewing more than 100 hotels in Phoenix Ancient Town we finally settle for Liam Hua hotel and we never regret it!!! The hotel is very clean and very new. we sort of got lost from alighting the wrong station and we called the hotel and the receptionist helped to send a driver to pick us up!!! 嘉嘉 is our housekeeper and host and she is very professional in helping up with our rooms as well as let us know where to go and even ask us if we need umbrellas ( it was raining cats and dogs when we arrived and hail stones in the night !!!!!) and got the driver to drive us to the town for dinner. We only managed to stay for a night and I will definitely come back again in the future !!!

The hotel is very convenient to our scenary. Hotel 管家 琴子 is very helpful, from sourcing transport, making sure we are comfortable and our needs are catered to greeting us everyday and making sure we have good stay. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to come to 凤凰古城 and to call 素屡莲花度假酒店

The hotel was superb and the service really amazing. Qinzi and the whole team were very welcoming and helped me a lot, especially in solving logistical issues caused by my lack of understanding of Chinese. I really recommend this place to all travellers.

The hotel is situated right on the Tuojiang very close to the old city. We were treated like royalty from the very beginning with an exceptionally attentive and helpful host, Lily. The hotel is sparklingly clean, beautifully decorated with traditional Chinese furnishings and ornaments. The room was immaculate, overlooking the river, and beautifully decorated and furnished. The Chinese tea and tea set was a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a joy to use, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the service from all the staff was so good that it defied belief. There was a driver waiting for us to take us to the old city, pick us up, and take us back there just at the drop of a phone call. I wish we could have stayed longer. Superb and wonderful in every way imaginable. Thank you! 😊

Travelled to 凤凰古城to celebrate my birthday! The room is perfect and our 管家(嘉嘉) and the team has made our experience wonderful! They catered to our needs and helped us in many ways! Room is clean, there are free flow water and fruits. Open the window and you can see the river right outside! Strongly recommended 💕🤩

Still walking distance to fenghuang ancient town but not quite as central as the other hotels in the area. The front desk was very helpful in getting a car service set up for the next day.

Nice hotel in quiet area, room is very big and choose a room with old town view. Walking distance to ancient town n boat station. The hotel serves chinese breakfast with quite a lot dishes.  Thanks to Qinzi for serving us with patience and excellence hospitality.  Hotel is recommended.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.
