Great location, close to the iconic Snow bridge 雪桥, where the hustle and bustle is. There's alot of bar/karaoke downstairs, but the volume lower down by midnight. Owners were very prompt with replying via WeChat, with any questions or map, helped us with booking the ticket combo of 8 sight seeing spots and boat ride, cheaper than the counter. Took a cab from the railway station (for 25yuan) to the designated parking spot, and the owner came to pick us, helped us with our luggage to go through the ancient town. Overall very good stay and we had a memorable time here in Fenghuang. The picture is our view from the balcony.

The owner is extremely friendly as we got picked up at the designated location. He helped us with the luggages. On the returned trip, he offered us a free transfer to the station. I would recommend him and his homestay to anyone needing this service.

Our hotel stay was in a suite with a spacious balcony offering a stunning view of Hong Bridge (虹桥, Hóngqiáo) in Fenghuang. At night, the bridge was beautifully illuminated, creating a breathtaking scene. The hotel owner, Ah Ming, provided excellent service, always taking great care of us. He helped carry our luggage and even offered a shuttle service to and from the train station. The heating system, including the room heater, worked perfectly, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay. Ah Ming was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist and provide useful information throughout our stay. This hotel truly offers one of the most spectacular views—an absolutely unforgettable experience!

Thanks to our hosts for picking us up from the area car park and helping us with the luggage all the way to the room. Our hotel is located right at the scenic area main bridge. The view is beautiful and our room was clean and nice. The hosts are super friendly and helpful with everything. The pictures I share are taken from our room balcony on the third floor.

This hotel is really good. Room very clean ,staff service is really good, and the room view is excellent . If anyone looking for accommodation, this hotel is suggested.

Location is very good, right next to the bridge with great view. Ar Ming was very helpful, helped us carrying the bag and get the taxi for us.

Traveled in December, it was nice for us as there wasn’t a lot of people. Really easy to communicate with them through Wechat. They got us a car for train station pick up and drop off. Upon arriving, someone came out to get us. It’s a flight of stairs down first (they offer to help with luggage) but would say to pack light because we were struggling. It’s a couple minutes walk to the place, I believe they have two, so depends which one they bring you to? We got the connecting rooms via balcony. It was nice because it was two rooms and each room had its own bathroom. We were able to see the water bridge (I believe) right outside the balcony which was nice. Good thing we were just on the first floor so with our luggages, stairs wasn’t too bad. Since it was not peak season, even with the bar nearby, it was not too loud for us at night. There’s some restaurants and photoshoot shops nearby as well. We did the photoshoot store right next to this stay and it was just ok for reference, feel like you can get cheaper elsewhere. Everything was pretty clean but there were some issues. Since it was December, it was cold. And when we first arrived, there was no hot water (just all freezing cold water). They said water heater was just cleaned or something when I asked. They said hot water should be back at night but our water when we showered wasn’t too promising. And then the heater was barely warming up the room so we were basically freezing. We took out all our jackets and all and we were still cold. Our room door to the balcony window was also broken which I was frustrated at first since it was cold, no hot water, heater not working, cold air blowing in. They eventually fixed it and I did appreciate the lady giving us portable heaters for the room to use. Overall, I think it’s not a bad place.

The room was very nice 1000/100 can see the rainbow bridge from the balcony door, it was very nice Love this place hopefully can visit here again in the future

the location is good not far from the road the service is good . the room has heater ,the view is beautiful. no elevator, it hard to find hotel for 1st time traveler . the hotel is opposite site of Nanhuamen on google map, please update hotel name in chinese and telephone number, some taxi driver can help you

The location is right in the heart of Fenhuang attraction. The Snow Bridge is right in front of the balcony. The owner is very very nice. They answer every question on WeChat. Impressive service mind. Highly recommended.

Great location very close to the heart of town, nice service. Since it's close to the night club so it's quite loud at night Anyway, it's convenient to walk everywhere,😉

Room was very clean and ready at check in. Host was very helpful in explaining the various sites to see and directions were given to my wexin. He suggested very good eating places . Seeing my big luggage, he helped carry it to the room. Host was also very kind to help arrange transport to railway station and car was prompt. Will be happy to come back and recommend this wonderfully located place in Fenghuangucheng with beautiful bridge and river infront.
