Relatively basic room that was "kinda" clean. The location is nice ...right on the river but a little away from the action so it's nice and quiet. Cleanliness was so so

Its clean and in good location and the staff were nice people. I would rate this hotel 5 stars. However our room was supposed to have a river view but during check in they told us that our room doesn’t and it wasn’t a big deal for us.

It can be a little difficult to find as the "main road" is the pedestrian road just beside the river and the sign with hotel name and road number is on the side facing the river. For travellers new to the town, that's almost counter-intuitive. But the location is great and the balcony facing the river has good view. It's not on the most popular bridge area, but that means it's not too noisy.

It was very good and comfortable

The place is so good,strategic and easy access to the accient town. They hotel staff doesnt clean or give new towel every morning.

A bit run down, For the price, we cannot complain. No lifts available. Great balcony view of the river.

This hotel is located in the beautiful Fenghuang village, close to the sights that you want to see as a tourist. It’s a bit hard to find in the beginning, because it’s hidden behind a massage salon. From the hotel you have to walk about 15-20 minutes to be be in the middle of the ancient village area — the area where the most beautiful buildings are. The rooms were okay, but could have been a bit cleaner generally. They are well equipped with hair drier, towels and single use toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Iniziamo con la prima mancanza : camera con balcone su trip disponibile, arrivati in hotel non disponibile... Problema di comunicazione tra trip e il sito Cinese. Ok nessun problema faccio a meno del balcone con vista su fiume. Camera sporca, ragnatele e polvere, come si può vedere dalle foto, bagno con due asciugamani piccoli... Inutili per la doccia. Doccia di notte senza acqua calda! Abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno risposto che sarebbe stata disponibile la mattina... 🤔 Quindi niente doccia!!! Oppure andare in un'altro loro hotel solo per la doccia... E poi si deve tornare qui. Condizionatore con spoiler rotto che non è sufficiente per scaldare la stanza anche se tenuto a 30°. Wifi che non arriva in stanza. 老板还不错，酒店位置对于有小件行李的客户也算方便，房间很大。缺点是到了晚上洗澡人多就没有热水了，卫生间里只有三条单薄的毛巾，卫生很一般的。

房間與描述相附，離鳳凰古城很近，可以步行。 房間乾淨整潔，美中不足的是，隔音效果不是很好，晚上早上都有噪音

1、舊房子改造的民宿，很多傢俱比較陳舊。 2、靠江邊的緣故捲紙和衞生間吊頂有發黴的情況，床墊被子相對比較潮。 3、晚上亮燈後要把推拉門關緊，不然很多蚊蟲。 4、房間沒有擺放免費瓶裝水，是我這幾天旅遊唯一一家沒有的。 5、陽台欄桿有蜘蛛網 商家要清理下。

這次入住的房間床挺舒服 ，軟綿綿的！睡得挺好，窗簾遮光也很nice ，一覺睡到大中午，醒來整個人好精神呀！這大概就是度假的感覺吧！順便提下熱水挺給力 ，晚上沖了個熱水澡解乏一天的疲憊！

這次旅行入住悦鋭江景客棧，體驗超棒！房間直麪江景，清晨陽光灑入，美不勝收。老闆熱情周到，幫忙規劃遊玩路線。客棧乾淨整潔，設施齊全。性價比超高，下次來還住這！

房間比較簡約，就是裝修風格比較普通的民房，但是衞生很好！而且在上游江邊，比較安靜，陽台可以喝喝茶吃吃東西，吹着江邊的風感覺很不錯，想體驗鳳凰江景房又不想花太高價格的話真的很不錯！

Limpieza: para ser china estaba bien (ya que en este país la limpieza es muy objetiva) Ubicación: un poco alejada del bullicio pero cerca de todo, me gustò Atención: muy por debajo de los demás pueblos y hoteles visitados, muy mejorable. Instalaciones: lo necesario para estar bien, aunque la cama muy incomoda, necesita unas mejoras. Precio: bien y económico pero no cumple 100% nuestras expectativas, hay que mejorar cosas.
