The location is the best. The host upgraded our room for free and send us off out of their service. The room is acceptable. May need to improve in responses inquiry, otherwise is a good stay.

Most of the time no one was present there, and my inquiries over WeChat were resolved after hours. Overall good location, mediocre room, but absolutely no support from the reception.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The view of the river is stunning. The room large & comfortable. I loved the location right near the start of ancient town near the main bridge - very easy to access both ancient town and the city. Staff gave me instructions for the taxi and came to pick me up from the taxi drop off. Very accommodating staff. Let me check out a little later to first in with my travel schedule. Overall wonderful and highly recommend.

Great place with a balcony that overlooked the river. Place is conveniently located, very clean and the owner was very friendly and recommended us some unique alcohols.

Uncle at reception was kind and helpful. he try to service us even he can’t speak english. But there water dripping from ceiling at the night we stay. If they can fixed it everything was superb. Superb view.

Hotel staff attitudes very good. He has contact us before arrived to introduce himself and explain hotel direction as it’s not easy to find. Location was very convenient and really close to scenic spot. Clean room with limited amenities (bath amenities and drinking water) no coffee and tea. Bed room and bath facilities was nice.

鳳凰是一個沒滴滴可以打出租車的地方，從高鐵站到鳳凰南華門橋下車，來回26元左右。做那些從銜接公交跑到終點站，還得走回頭路。 老闆上來橋頭接我們，忙提行李到店。房間裝飾的很有氛圍感，可以看到臨江的窗外景色，環境衞生挺好。先進的馬桶，配的直飲機。我們想去玩化粧拍照。介紹了柱子家，老闆娘又幫我們選衣服，就幫我們溝通我們想要的要求，小姐姐的化粧技術不錯。楊哥的拍照技術很好。

Este hotel en Fenghuang superó todas nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, con vistas panorámicas espectaculares del río y de la ciudad antigua iluminada por la noche. Despertar y ver los tejados tradicionales y los puentes desde la ventana es una experiencia única. La habitación era amplia, limpia y decorada con un encanto local que te hace sentir parte de la historia del lugar. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Además, la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Si buscan un lugar donde la comodidad se combine con las mejores vistas de Fenghuang, este es el hotel ideal. ¡Volveríamos sin dudar!

居住位置非常好，既安靜又能看到全景；房間整潔、寬敞明亮，還有一個陽台非常舒適，可以坐在這裏一邊品嚐美食，一邊觀賞風景，別有一番風味；店主非常熱心，自從訂房後就主動聯繫，報送地址，並熱心地接送，這是一次非常開心的旅行居住。

房間跟店家發的一模一樣，當時看準的就是大陽台，陽台上能直接看到沱江和南華橋、雪橋，景色非常棒，服務非常好，老闆特別熱情，有求必應，耐心講解，還幫我訂了邊城特價門票，最前面幾排的喔，女兒想穿苗服照片，老闆也給我介紹了一家照片技術超棒的有苗服的店，我女兒愛死這些照片了，感謝老闆和攝像師傅。

民宿地點就在江邊，周邊景色很美麗，房間設計古色古香，住得很舒服。老闆也是非常熱情，到古城門口來接我們，還介紹了好吃的石鍋魚和很棒的畫中仙旅拍店。第一次嘗試旅拍，體驗感很好，粧造可以放心交給那裡的小姐姐，攝影師也很友善會指導拍照姿勢，完全不用擔心。初次到鳳凰古城遊玩留下了很棒的回憶，推薦大家可以訂這間民宿噢！
