Floral Hotel Fengyu Chenxi (Phoenix Ancient Town Center) recensioner

I had high expectations for this hotel and was a bit disappointed. Overall, it’s a good hotel, nice interior, comfortable mattress and fine room with advanced toilet, but there are other things that I want to mention: We had a “Mountain View” to the wall of the next building and car parking. The room is pretty small so there is no place to open big travel bags (the balcony takes up quite some space). WiFi network was not discoverable in our room. Room is not very isolated from the noise, so you can hear loud people and cars, this might be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Many amenities and services listed in the hotel description are actually not available or limited, for example they cannot arrange a taxi to the hotel, there is no gym or laundry room. Although, fortunately there is one washing machine available, so at least this is good. Personnel is friendly and helpful, no issues with that. The bottom line is that I think this hotel is not worth the price from my perspective. As far as I have seen it’s just a reception with rooms. Although, I cannot practically compare to others, but this is my subjective feeling based on the rating of this hotel that fail my expectations. It would be a lot better to at least provide truthful information about the available amenities.

Hotel is right smack in the centre where the buzz is happening, but it’s in an alley so it’s not too noisy. Water took a while to warm up. Beautiful room nonetheless! Staff was also very friendly.

Though the hotel is within the tourist attraction. Glad that it’s outside the attraction as it’s quiet in the night. We were lucky to be upgraded. Thanks to hotel for their great setvice

Location is great, Staff is friendly and helpful but facility is limited. There's no laundry service available. The location is why I wanted to stay.

Great location, but the breakfast hasn’t much choice

Good comfortable hotel in Fenghuang. It was in a great location because it was just far enough away from the river to not hear the loud noises at night from the nightclubs, but close enough that we could step outside and immediately be in the old city. The beds were comfortable and the staff were happy to provide extra pillows and bottles of water upon request. A very nice stay.

Location is convenient. No view but accessible to main attractions and food. Floor is mixed with smoking customers and the smell will flow in.
