I stayed for 2 nights and there was never a hassle from the beginning til I checked out. They communicated with me before , during, and and after the stay. The hotel offered station pick up and drop off. Snacks were available and the breakfasts were okay. The hotel is near the scenic area too so it was very convenient. Most importantly, someone is always available to respond when I have inquiries. Thank you.

A great hotel that combines friendly staff who helped with picking us up from the station, a wonderful view from the room, and an ideal location.

I Am really please pleased with service beginning with pick up from rail road station  The service was always excellent room was comfy and cleaned location great and breakfast was good  I can recommend this Hotel when coming to Fenghuang

Lovely Hotel with great location and excellent staff. The transfer service from and to the high speed railway station is very convenient. The room is clean and the breakfast is tasty. Highly recommendable!!

Wonderful stay! Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. Offered free pick up and drop off from the train station which was a godsend with all of our luggage. Helped us to arrange tickets to Fangjingshan and to charter a car there too. Provided takeaway breakfast for our trip as we had an early start. Free all you can eat soft serves at reception and endless snacks and fruit was amazing. Rooms were clean and tidy. Air-conditioner worked perfectly. They also allowed us to use their washing machines which was extremely helpful. Location was perfect as the hotel was close to stores and restaurants and walking distance to the ancient town scenic area, but not so close that it was noisy at night. Lovely people in a lovely ancient town. Thank you for making our experience in Fenghuang so memorable!

We had a great stay at this hotel , the people from reception very helpful , they have plenty of extras and the price for the stay is reasonable , I highly recommend this hotel , they also can pick you up from the train station which is very handy 🤗

Wonderful stay with great service and riverfront charm I had an amazing experience at Tianqingshe Riverview Homestay (Phoenix Ancient City Lijiang Branch). The location is ideal – right along the river, offering beautiful views of Fenghuang’s historic architecture and lantern-lit streets. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. I was warmly welcomed with a refreshing ice treat, which was a lovely surprise after traveling in the summer heat. The staff were friendly and eager to help, offering great suggestions and communicating well via WeChat. Breakfast was another highlight – generous, varied, and delicious, with both local specialties and familiar options. It exceeded my expectations and was the perfect start to each day. I would absolutely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Fenghuang. The combination of location, comfort, service, and those thoughtful touches made it a standout experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice hotel, river facing, listed amenities. Free pickup from High speed train makes it very comfortable.

I love this hotel with good hospitality staff. I booked room at fifth floor with balcony it’s very stunning with view even the hotel located upper part but easy to walk and get taxi. There breakfast is joining with restaurant near by just 50 meters from hotel. It’s taste good especially deep-fried dough stick and boiled rice. Limited at 15 yuen the extra you can pay by yourself. I got a room with some unfinished wall painted but it’s not effect my stay. I recommend to stay here when you are visit Fenghuang Ancient City. One thing they have provide soft serve for free while you stay at hotel.

The hotel room was very clean and very cozy. The staff offered pick up and drop off att railway station. Everything was good except one big thing, the breakfast. We were led to a restaurant close by and were expecting to eat a proper breakfast. Little did we know that we had a maximum of 15 yuan each to spend for eating breakfast, and this was not informed anywhere so the owner of the restaurant wanted us to pay for eating a couple of eggs some bread and some dumpling, considering he was the one serving us he didn't indicate prices for every item he was adding in advance. This was really frustrating moment cause after a good sleep you want a normal breakfast that supposedly was included. No drinks, no Coffey. For the breakfast experience alone I would rate 0/5
