Very good location with a nice view of the river. Clean rooms. Reception very friendly as well and very helpful.

The location is very nice. A bit tough to find at first, but you can ask art one of the restaurants. Cleanliness is ok, the shower a bit moldy. The bed is weirdly shaped (round?) but bog enough for two people. The balcony is amazing. But it seems that almost all hotels have the same concept of balconies. Front desk does not speak english, but with translation it is manageable.

I recommend staying here.

The double bedroom with two single beds and a Mahjong table was surprisingly spacious. Having the bathroom divided in toilet and shower was practical although hot water wouldn't come out unless the sink was also open. The mattresses were comfortable (average to soft for westerners standards) and bigger than expected. The hotel is located in a quieter part of town, away from pubs with live music, so it's easier to rest at night. But it's also surrounded by places to eat, have messages and buy souvenirs. The room has sockets compatible with western European appliances. The staff was nice and helped us buy discounted tickets to the town attractions and a Miao musical show (we had a Chinese speaker in our group so I don't know how it would have been with the language barrier) and also booked a taxi for us to leave the town which was very convenient. If you have a lot of luggage use the entrance from the street not facing the river as you'll have to enter through a restaurant and go up a narrow flight of stairs otherwise. Good value for money and overall experience. Would recommend!

The hotel room was exactly as it is shown in the pictures! The view was lovely and the location is strategic as it is very close to the main road where you can take a taxi easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed me to have a late check-out!

Aye brilliant hotel. Super clean. Nice people. They gave me many fruits and tea. Location is just outside the chaos, so if you want to have your home quiet, but be less than a 5 minute walk from the noisy energy, then this is great. One of the staff helped me flag down a taxi and get me to the train as I was running very late. Maybe I would have missed my train otherwise. So I am happy.

Very good view with no obstacle. Quiet in the late evening and not too far from the central part of the city

The hotel is 5min by car to the Wulingyuan park entrance. Nice big rooms. Breakfast was limited. But this was clearly because it was low season. Lots of waimai options around.

The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

房間很不錯，就在江邊吊腳樓，停車很方便，獨立的停車場。老闆還給我們講了遊玩順序，很熱情，小哥幫我們提行李。
