Enjoy the convenience of the first floor with views you normally get from only the second floor and above. Step only 20 yards from your balcony to the pool or just 30 yards to the beach crosswalk. No more carrying chairs, towels, and beach toys up long flights of stairs or waiting on busy elevators.
