What a great hotel! Loved that their business model and actions reflect sustainable operations. Comfy beds. Nice outdoor hot tub. Easy access to downtown area. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I come to Fernie often for weekend getaways. We’ve stayed at most of the hotels in the area. First time staying at the Fox. It’s clean and well maintained. Beds are comfy. Staff was amazing. Good price. We will be staying here again! :) The free use of the bikes was an awesome extra as well.

The room was clean, staff super helpful and very friendly. I also love that the Fernie Fox is sustainable and has such great amenities on-site such as guest washer/dryer, kitchen, bbq, hot tub, and a water refill station. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We booked online but the hotel gave us a better deal, plus Sunny was the best host and showed us the “pet” room before we paid, just so he could accommodate our request to be on the bottom floor. The pet room wasn’t stinky like usual hotels. The hotel itself was superior in hotel cleanliness, plus they had a guest kitchen, laundry, water fountain to limit plastic, and FREE use of e-bikes! Did I mention they have an outdoor hot tub, too? So many great things. The online booking site didn’t do it justice, I was skeptical, but so pleased we chose the Fernie Fox! I’ll tell everyone to stay here and will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you, Sunny, for your warm welcome and great hospitality.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Appreciate the environmental and self sustaining approach. The hotel is very quiet and the staff are friendly. The coffee in the foyer is local and delicious. Would definitely come back. When booking, I would request the rooms towards the hill. Can be loud in highway

Very Friendly Staff, Modern Thinking in Modest Style, Gifting a Happy Experience, with Great Parking near a Fuel Station and an ok Diner. Unfortunately the rest of this review is unnecessary but a requirement of trip advisor. Who needs concise when you can be wordy!

Best hot tub in town. Always stay here for our sled trips. Front end staff is awesome and friendly. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and so is the rest of the hotel. Great coffee upfront for guests. Ample parking for sled trailers too, a Smitty’s across the lot for an easy breakfast option

We love the Fernie Fox! It’s a great place to stay. Dog friendly. The guest kitchen is awesome. Nice hot tub. Great to have an EV charger. The efforts they have made to be sustainable are impressive.

This hotel has the most amazing staff!!! Our son forgot his phone in the room. We were already on our way home when we noticed it was missing. Upon contacting them with our problem the staff helped us without hesitation. They mailed his phone to us at no charge. They were friendly, professional and I will stay there again just based on this experience alone 😊
