Good location near Train Station. Easy to travel on the Train to other places like Venice and Bologna. Hotel tidy. Staff very good and helpful in restaurant, bar and reception. Breakfast was good.

Good price quality, location good if you arrive by train. A pitty they cut cost on the shower. When you shower the entire bathroom floor changes into a swimming pool

페라라 역 1분거리에 위치해서 위치는 최고입니다, 대신 시내중심까지 거리가 조금 있는편이지만 작은 도시라 크게 문제되지 않아요. 단, 기차역앞에 위험해보이는 사람들이 좀 보이지만 대부분의 중앙역 앞은 비슷합니다. 시설 좋고, 깨끗하고 다시 방문한다면 무조건입니다. 단, 조식은 그저 그래요 ㅎ Pretty good and have a mind to rejoin. Most of things are good just I thought breakfast needs to renewal :D

Hotel perfetto...posizionato appena fuori dalla stazione e a circa 15 minuti dal centro di Ferrara....piacevolissima la passeggiata per raggiungere il centro città...Abbiamo anche cenato e il servizio è stato impeccabile...breakfast vari e assortito a sufficienza...nulla da dire....DA RIPETERE

Radisson Ferrara is located opposite the Ferrara train station, just 2 minutes walk away. This makes it ideal as a base station from which to explore nearby cities. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants within 5 mins walk. The old town center is a further 20-30 mins walk away. The room provided was mostly clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with good supply of hot water. The only minor gripe is that the TV offered mostly local stations. There was an ability to cast your mobile device but annoyingly the pairing code was alphanumeric while my device also issues numeric. The staff was mostly very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, with an adequate range of cereals, hot food and fruits. The first 2 mornings, we were offered espresso based drinks which was very good. But the 3rd morning, despite asking several times, the only coffee available was via the machine, dispensing "American coffee". The staff must have a very poor opinion of American coffee as the product spewed out by the machine was truly dreadful! It was so bad that if I did not encounter that coffee, I would have awarded the hotel a full 5 stars.

The hotel itself was great and clean and great breakfast. The only issue was the location with homeless people outside all day.

Nice hotel to stay for 1-2 nights. Behind , there is parking area. Very close to the center . Our room was not a big one but was really beautiful and clean. From breakfast we liked croissants and the cake . Generally, was a nice stay with good staff

Hotel is in front of the Railway station hence accessibility is great. Only concern is not many restaurants nearby so need to walk near the castle for restaurants.

The disappointment started upon arrival. This hotel is across the street from the train station and the crowd in front of and around the hotel is scary. The hotel is on the street. We drove to the hotel and when we arrived, there were no signs or obvious parking spots. There was ONE large yellow marked area, which I guess could be for parking but a bus was taking over that spot. So we parked illegally and rushed in. For overnight parking you can leave the car on the street, if you find a spot, or pay to park across the street and quite a walk away. The rooms are tiny. We had one large bag that would only fit on the floor outside the bathroom. That kept us from being able to close the bathroom door. Talking about the bathroom, the shower does not have a door. That is kind of typical in Italy, but in this case, the shower head is pointing towards the toilet bowl and toilet paper holder. Although I was super careful, we made a mess in the bathroom and had to use all towels to wipe the floors. The room thermostat did not work and we could not get the room cool so yes, horrible to sleep in that heat. Finally, the breakfast. The buffet is sub-standard when compared to other Radisson hotels. The coffee machine is a joke. On the other hand, the staff is pleasant and well-trained. The lady at the reception was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast staff noticed our disappointment with the coffee machin and made us cappuccinos.

Great base for vist Florence and Bologna and Vience good price right next train station get any where fast not lot do Ferrara just ideal best staff look after well 1 staff bit grump she on bar at night. Lady does breakfast always put smile face need pay rise credit to that hotel
