Riad Fes Maya Suite & Spa recensioner

My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions beyond my control (I provided all the evidence)! The hotel refused to reschedule the dates of my stay for a couple of days (even though there were vacancies), and they also refused to refund my money. They did not respond to email or WhatsApp, although I wrote to them several times two days or less before the booking.

Very convenient location and overall the hotel staff is nice and rooms are acceptable

Great hotel with good location and friendly staff. Good view from roof terrace.

整體還行 早餐地方風景不錯 套房的二樓有點點味道 洗手間沒有簾子 水很容易流出來 老闆娘很熱情 我們早上來不及吃早飯 她把早飯端進我們房間裏 還給了我們很多瓶水
