Can only say this hotel was good in every way

這家酒店最大的問題是， 管理人員對國人很不友好， 尤其是晚上班的男性管理員，很多狀況都體現了這點。比如，會把同房型，位置最差的頂樓角落的房間給我，其它人都沒到，就説其它房間已預訂，我就不懂，同房型預訂還預訂位置的嗎？住宿期間，就我一箇中國人。最過分的是，晚上20：30左右回酒店，在大門口摁了至少6次門鈴，一直沒人開，（正常一次就開的）過了會，旁邊小門開了，我以為是人家鄰居，結果是這酒店的側門，那服務員，像做賊似的，叫我，然後説這裏進去，有點莫名，進去了看到才明白，原來回型庭裏有老外在吃飯，大門進去會經過回型庭 。。。真的是，過分。 房間本身有異味，早餐時，飛蟲很多，早餐本身東西很少。 避開吧。

我非常不開心的一點是，第一天早上，我知道民宿不含早餐，所以出門已經走到了街上，碰到了老闆，把我叫住，問我為什麼不吃早餐，「It's included」. 我再三確認It's included, 然後回民宿吃了早餐。結果離店的時候收到一張額外的100 迪拉姆賬單，老闆說是你的早餐。質問不是再三確認included 嗎？老闆開始用手語推脫他不懂英文，用google 翻成他的語言，開始裝**不能閱讀。 就這點我非常、非常、非常不爽。不是數額的問題。

Struttura pulita, ordinata molto ben posizionata nel centro della Medina facilmente raggiungibile dal vicino accesso. Riad tradizionale con piccola piscina e ampi spazi utilizzabili. Personale gentile, servizievole molto affabile, camera spaziosa ben accessoriata molto pulita e curata. Ottima colazione varia e abbondante. Davvero straconsigliato

We had a quick stop over in Fes as a family of four and had occupied a room with mezzanine level for the kids. The Riad design is beautiful and located in a great position within Fes. The breakfast was great and really set us up for the day. The staff were really helpful and even boxed us up a breakfast to take to the airport on checkout day.

I had an outstanding experience at Riad Sabah. Miriam greeted me right away at the door and I was served tea in a beautifully tiled area adjacent to the courtyard pool while she got me checked in. After the stress of traveling, this was so much appreciated! I was shown my room (a solitaire), which was beautifully decorated and air conditioned. I asked if I could book an appointment in the hammam, which she set up for 4:00. I did a 30 minute scrub and a 30 minute massage for $35. The person at the hammam was highly attentive. Miriam also arranged for a walking tour of Fez ($35) for 10:00 the next morning. My tour guide took me all over city, including to see the Jewish quarter where I got to see inside the ancient synagogue (25 dirhams for the ticket), and even was showed an ancient torah. I also got a tour of a ceramic/tile artisan workshop. In the old medina I got to visit the tannery and see the inside of a shop in a dar with enormous beautiful rugs. Miriam arranged for my taxi to the airport and she even allowed for my bill to be split into part cash and part credit card so that I didn't have to change any money back into dollars. I went swimming in the pool twice (the colored lights at night are nothing short of magic!) and enjoyed breakfast poolside--the best breakfast I have had in Morocco. The Riad is located on a deadend street which means very peaceful sleeping, but it's only a five minute walk from several different entrances to the Medina. I could not recommend this experience more highly. Booking directly through the website or by calling will save you more than 50% as opposed to going through a booking website such as ***********.

Riad Sabah is a sanctuary from the busy-ness of Fes, tucked away but still close. I had a very pleasant stay here in a single room with all the amenities I needed. The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day, with a fruit salad, yoghurt, breads and conserves. I had a private hammam on site which was arranged within a couple of hours (has to be pre-heated) and was excellent.

Très beau Riad bien situé près de la Porte Bleue. Hyper propre, personnel particulièrement gentil et efficace. Pour le trouver la première fois il vaut avoir imprimé un petit plan ou utiliser une appli du genre Here WeGo, après c’est très facile !

Magnifique Riad récemment refait avec beaucoup de goût. En poussant la porte de cet établissement, on ne s'imagine pas trouver cet espace si lumineux et reposant. Une belle piscine en plein centre, une double terrasse sur le toit avec vue imprenable sur tout Fès. Nous avions une chambre en duplex, parfaite pour une famille ou 2 couples d'amis. L'ensemble du personnel est d'une très grande générosité et gentillesse, aux petits soins et le propriétaire très accessible, un plaisir de discuter avec. La restauration est bonne et très bien servie

Superbe accueil de la part du personnel, très beau riad situé à proximité de toutes les attractions de la médina. Tout de même très tranquille, belle piscine et bons repas. Très sécuritaire et stationnement à proximité pour garer la voiture.

Tellement décevant.. Il avait été convenu, lors d'échange de mail avec l'hôtel, qu'un taxi viendrait me chercher a l'aéroport (je voyage seule). Je prends mon mal en patience cependant apres 1h d'attente et voyant la nuit tombé, j'appelle l'hôtel qui me dit que personne ne viendra me chercher que ce n'est pas prévu Vous imaginez ma surprise étant donné que j'avais justement tout prevu avant mon arriver pour etre sereine puisque je voyage seule dans un pays que je ne connais pas. J'exprime ma colere et je me suis insulté de raciste par le responsable de l'hôtel. Je suis resté assez choqué car l'insulte est arrivée tres vite dans la conversation et de là on me raccroche au nez. À mon arrivée, à l'hôtel, je demande à parler ou avoir les coordonnées du directeur. On me le passe donc au téléphone et de là il s'excuse pour le malentendu du taxi et justifie l'attitude de son employé qui m'a insulté en me disant que les marocains n'ont pas l'habitude qu'on hausse le ton avec eux. Est-ce ce que cela justifie d'insulter quelqu'un ?! Aucun geste commercial n'a ete fait de la part de l'hôtel suite à cela. Et pour courroner le tout, j'ai profitée du toit terasse afin de profiter du soleil et quand j'ai souhaité descendre, je me trouve face à une porte clause..donc je suis enfermée sur le toit.. Vraiment une grande déception ce riad..

Un Riad piccolo, da poco ristrutturato, che emana un senso di pace e relax. Situato nella caotica Medina di Fes, questa oasi è un piccolo gioiello curato e alla mano al tempo stesso. Il personale è di una gentilezza e disponibilità mozzafiato, le camere pulite e la piscina centrale un ottimo svago. Consigliatissimo

E stata una vera scoperta ci siamo sentiti coccolati personale ottimo servizio eccellente Khalid una persona squisita da consigliare se vieni a Fes un riad che è una vera chicca immersa nella Medina dove ti senti tranquillo uscire anche alla sera da soli noi siamo un gruppo di amici e ci piange il cuore lasciare questo riad

Premier séjour au Maroc en amoureux Super Riad ! Très bel endroit, tout le monde est très gentil et accueillant. C’est jolie, propre et on y mange très bien. Merci pour votre accueil et gentillesse
