staff are totally not nice. The room there was unlike picture, old and the wall are broke a little. the room are unclean and take staff ages to come and clean which are not nice to us. I that condition they are not allow us to leave and refund us the second night and did nothing at all on the first day. make my trip end very bad.

Потрясающий вид на марину Фетхие, персонал помогает с парковкой.
Останавливаемся тут не первый раз, из минусов что хотел бы отметить - это завтраки, предлагают на выбор турецкий или английский, и приносят очень много закусок к нему, которые к тому же ты не выбираешь. Было бы хорошо, если бы завтрак был как конструктор, где гость мог бы выбрать необходимые ему закуски, а так очень обидно что много продуктов просто уходит в мусорку несъеденных.
Также обслуживание на завтраке плохое, не предложили кофе, принесли только чай, хотя я его не просил. Также не убирали грязную посуду. Пожалуйста поработайте над завтраками и сервисом.
