We stayed four nights at this lovely chateau and it is indeed lovely. The decor is beautiful, the spa and pool are wonderful and most of the staff are very attentive. It is however very expensive and I expect ‘top notch’ which wasn’t always the case. No proper storage in the shower - have to put your shampoo on the floor which is ridiculous in a huge bathroom. Breakfast was great but I do expect to be served coffee rather than being told to use the machine. And lastly we ate dinner twice. Once was a great experience but the second time the food and service weren’t up to standard. Overall however we did have a lovely stay. Thank you.

An oasis of interior decoration, comfort and hospitality. We booked this chateau specifically as the restaurant is open on Sunday evening, many others aren’t. From the initial impression on entering the tastefully designed public areas to the relief of the first actually lovely room during this year’s road trip, the whole experience has been superb. Dinner was lovely and excellent value and all the staff are charming and eager to please. Not sure why there are so few reviews. Possibly because it’s not on a main route but served us perfectly on the way to the Riviera.

The setting and quality of surroundings is a perfect combination for a quiet outside dinner for an August evening, preceded by an apero sitting overlooking their park. Dinner was leisurable supported by attentive service. Entree and dessert impeccable. Not so the maincourse as the chef had obviously never heard of, let alone created, chicken supreme! We did hear that a day or two later the chef had justifiably parted company with Fiac, and for this reason give five stars and will definitely return without any doubt!

Amazing location in the heart of L’Occitane. Hotel decor is spectacular - special and personal. Great fine dining dinner experience, high quality breakfast and first-rate service by friendly and attentive staff. A 5-star experience all around, particularly for a couple get-away.

This hotel is truly flawless. The decor is absolutely beautiful, the public areas are so tastefully arranged. In fact the whole property is dripping with good taste. Often, at this level a property is made or broken by the staff - thankfully the staff here are incredibly accommodating and professional. The food in the restaurant is among the best on offer in the Tarn and this is certainly the best hotel in the region. I can't wait to return.

A wonderful resort tucked into rural France. The staff, spa and facilities exceeded my expectations. Strongly recommend if you want a relaxing stay with great service and superior food! Easy day trips to Albi, Cordes sur Ciel and Toulouse. Also recommend the Saturday market in Lavaur.

Tout le personnel est extrêmement attentionné. Le fait d'avoir une piscine intérieure et une piscine extérieure est très pratique pour s'adapter à la météo. La gratuité de l'accès au spa et du mini-bar est très appréciable. Notre chambre standard était assez spacieuse avec une belle vue sur le jardin. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la déco et le restaurant. Juste mini-bémol, pensez à réalimenter le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Très bel endroit propre, bien décoré, spacieux, équipe agréable. Piscine, hammam, sauna et SPA pratiques bien chauffés et bienfaisants. On peut se promener dans le parc. La table est bonne et le petit déjeuner complet. Chambre calme et confortable. Lit agréable. Frigo utile et approvisionné tous les jours gracieusement ; très apprécié. Merci. La douche dans une baignoire est élégante mais bien peu pratique. Peu de rangements dans la SdB. Quelques moustiques à déplorer. Un peu éloigné des villes mais c'est un peu le but ici ...
