Amazing place. The views of Florence and surrounding areas are breath taking. The staff are very helpful & friendly they really can’t do enough for you. Nicolas who was our waiter at breakfast during the whole time we were there was just perfect , so very kind and thoughtful, & everyday he made us just smile. Informative and helpful on the things to do around Florence. The room we stayed in was so clean, lovely super king bed and everything you would need for a stay . We never ate in the Michelin star restaurant as we preferred trying lots of different restaurants in Florence. So glad we stayed just slightly out of Florence - can’t wait to stay at this lovely hotel again . When you stay at this hotel we seriously recommend taking the bus into & out of Florence as the bus stop is 3 minutes away from the hotel. We found the taxi’s a complete ripe off a trip into Florence which is approx 3 miles would cost (depending on the taxi driver) anything from €32 to €45 euro - bus approx £2.50 return. Enjoy

We have (reluctantly) just left the hotel villa Fiesole. We’ve never been to a hotel where we have felt so welcome by all of the staff. From day one, we have been welcomed by friendly waves, smiles and even helping us learn Italian. The service has been second to none. We went to the Michelin star restaurant for the 9 course menu, so much amazing food, thank you to each and every one of you. Thank you for remembering our drinks, exactly how we like them. (Yes we are the vodka, Coke Zero people ❤) All of the staff deserve a shout out and we’re so glad we got all of your names. Ciara - fantastic service and thank you for the recommendations on medicines for my mosquito bites. Matteo - you are an amazing person and an asset to the hotel, so friendly! Chef Antonello - just wow, every thing we ate was outstanding. Daniele, Nicola, Yosef, Elisa Betta, Yetmir & Daniele, Grazie Mille for looking after us like we were your only guests, our stay has been fantastico, perfetto and we cannot wait to come back We also used the free shuttle to and from the city centre with ease, a huge plus point to this hotel if like us you do not want to stay in a busy area. This hotel is lovely, with beautiful views

Fabulous location with far reaching city views yet far enough away to feel like you’re in the country. The rooms were tastefully decorated with everything you need including daily complimentary water. The bed was firm but with a memory foam topper and we slept like logs. On arrival we’d missed lunch but the staff couldn’t do enough to make our arrival special, setting up a table and providing a tasty and plentiful lunch. Breakfast was delicious and varied and lunches simple and tasty. Reception staff were readily on hand to help with taxis and we fully utilised the complimentary city shuttle transport every day. Nothing was too much trouble and my special thanks go to Francesca for all her help. Fiesole once rivalled Florence as the capital of Tuscany and is a few minutes drive to visit the archeological site, Medici villa and wonderful trattorias not to mention gorp at the enormous villas in the locale that clearly show Fiesole is the most affluent suburb of Florence. A superb week, excellent service, attentive staff, beautiful setting and swimming pool. Can’t recommend highly enough!

What an amazing stay. This hotel is beautiful and the room that we had was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time relaxing on property either on our balcony, by the pool or on the patio of the restaurant every morning during breakfast (which was delicious!). Overall such a wonderful stay at a beautiful property and all for a reasonable price. Lastly, a shoutout to Nicola who was such an unbelievably helpful and enjoyable person to be around as he took care of my partner and I in the best way he could every time he saw us. Whether it was remembering our favorite orderevery morning or simply bringing a good energy to the hotel he truly made the experience even better than it already was.

The staff is exceptional. They catered of all of our needs and were exceptionally polite and accommodating. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend. The breakfast was plentiful. The outdoor seating was comfortable and very beautiful. It was a perfect location, not too far from Florence but quiet and serene.
