Arpathea Villas

What an amazing place! We arrived by ferry and hired a car. The hosts are so friendly and the accommodation was perfect for our family of 4. Lovely pool with amazing sea view, comfy loungers & beds and fluffy towels & bathrobes. There were even flip flops for everyone! Nice to have the room cleaned every day. Finiki is walkable and has a cute little beach and tavernas. We toured the island and decided Lefkos beach was our favourite

My stay at the holiday place was truly disappointing and far from enjoyable. The first issue that caught my attention was the state of the swimming pools. To my dismay, they were visibly dirty and not properly maintained. It was disheartening to see the lack of attention given to such a basic amenity. Furthermore, the staff's behavior, particularly the women on the phone, was consistently rude and unhelpful. Their attitude added to the overall frustration and made it challenging to address any concerns or seek assistance during my stay. Another significant drawback was the absence of breakfast options. It was surprising and inconvenient to discover that the place did not offer any breakfast service. This meant that guests had to find alternative options outside the premises, which proved to be inconvenient since there were no nearby establishments within walking distance. Moreover, the unreliable internet connection compounded the problems. The internet would frequently go down, causing frustration and inconveniences for guests who required a stable connection for work, communication, or leisure purposes. Adding to the frustration, attempts to contact the staff to report the issue were met with unanswered phone calls and unresponsive messages. Overall, my experience at the holiday place was marred by a series of disappointments. It is essential for accommodations to prioritize cleanliness, provide attentive and respectful customer service, and fulfill basic amenities such as breakfast. It's regrettable that these aspects fell short during your stay.

We had a holiday to another destination cancelled at the last minute, we chose Karpathos and Arpathea villas after some quick research, and wow it couldn't have been any better. We had suite number 1 which is the most private, stunning interior, even more stunning pool with the most amazing views. Beautiful sunsets every evening. The suites are just as good as the villas as far as i can tell. One thing we thought was missing in the kitchen was an oven and microwave, but we survived without it. The service is simple but everything you need, always cleaned very nicely, and the friendly Val is always there to help you with anything you need, and on whatsapp too! If you need 5 star luxury, you are probably on the wrong island anyway! As I said, the pool and interior really are 5 star, you would pay 10 times more for something similar in Sanotrini! Location is lovely, 5 minute drive from the nearest town where you have some grocery stores and restaurants. Well located to explore the rest of the island too. I must definitely recommend hiring a car. I've travelled a lot and this is one of my favourite places ever, simplicity and paradise!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane da sogno ad Arpathea Villas. E' stata una vacanza perfetta. Siamo stati accolti da Valanto e accompagnati subito nella nostra suite. Valanto é presente tutti i giorni dalle 9.00 alle 14.00, é gentile e disponibile e può fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per girare l'isola (ristoranti, escursioni in barca). Inoltre, si ha la possibilità di ordinare la colazione in camera, molto abbondante e deliziosa. La piscina é spettacolare, con una vista mozzafiato. La pulizia della casa e della piscina impeccabile. La suite é arredata nei minimi dettagli da piccole opere d'arte. La posizione della struttura é perfetta per chi, come noi, vuole scoprire l'isola. Il tramonto é la ciliegina sulla torta, semplicemente magico. Non posso che consigliare di soggiornare in questa meraviglia! I proprietari e Valanto sono delle persone squisite. Ricorderemo per sempre questa bellissima vacanza. Grazie per la vostra professionalità e affidabilità.

Appartamento molto bello e curato, con una vista meravigliosa con il sole che tramonta infuocato. Piscina molto pulita con sdraio comodissime e arredo esterno molto bello. Consiglierei l’idea di mettere una cassettiera oltre il bellissimo armadio.
