This hotel was AWFUL! It is not worth what they are charging....food was inedible both at breakfast and evening meal. Had to have snacks back in room or go out... food was unappetising, presentation awful, no choices or selection..they didn't have a clue ! how can you ruin a continental breakfast or Italian food.. well this hotel can!!!! Unclean looking staff serving your meals... do check your beds as bedding dirty and stained under sheets and pillow cases! Toilets didn't flush - the one by dining room was blocked for 3 days. . Shower drains overflowed back into your shower so paddled in dirty water. Views from balcony of derelict buildings, dumped shopping trolleys, dumped damaged cars... pictures on website showed 4 star ratings of luxury.. NOTE this is before 2013 when it was but CURRENT situation very different. Apparently just re opened two months, inexperienced staff, no proper chef, manager unfriendly and slobbed around in same black dirty tee shirt and trousers for three days, licked his fingers handling food, dripped sweat all over you when serving your food !.. very off putting!,,Fiuggi itself looks very run down and this hotel is same. Swimming pool a building site. There is nothing here to support your health and wellbeing the exact opposite in fact... depressing!

This is not a hotel - it's a filthy hell hole with rude dirty staff. I don't mind basic if clean and suitably catered for. I had to clean my own room on chrck in as filthy. Drains backed up in shower. Exposed sockets. Broken door handles. Unsafe balcony. Dirty bedding. Inedible food - even failed to make an omlette edible!. Male manager rude. Chef running around doing suitcase cases as no staff. No one able to do drinks. Photos on website and various booking places are from 10 years ago and not reflective of what it's like now. Pool is derelict. Views of smashed up cars and rubbish dump. I believe current owners only recently opened and I assume have 0 hotel experience. They desperately need to sort themselves out and also be less aggressive about feedback and issues - were really awful to some in the hotel. Such a shame and totally ruined my holiday. Booker beware!

Hotel rooms unfinished, pool advertised is just an unsightly hole in the ground, food extremely poor and staff have little to o experience of what customer service means. This hotels own advertising is completely false and misleading. I am usually quiet accepting of basic standards providing a place is clean and food at least edible but this hotel falls down in every basic standard

Mi spiace ma non è un 4 stelle, non voglio denigrare il lavoro altrui ma far pagare un servizio da 2 stelle per uno da 4 non è rispettoso verso il cliente 1-cibo pessimo, sicuramente è questione di gusti ma non mi è mai capitato di chiedere una porzione di patatine fritte o una cotoletta e sentirmi dire di NO. Servono prettamente piatti surgelati, possibile che non abbiamo delle patate fritte precotte? 2- colazione vergognosa (cornetti freddi, niente frutta, tutti prodotti confezionati) eppure non ci vuole nulla a fare una crostata , ! Poi i pomodori e i cetrioli che trovi a colazione avanzati li condiscono e te li ritrovi a cena come contorno 3- personale che non rivolge alcuna attenzione verso il cliente, unico un po’ più cortese un cameriere che faceva un po’ tutto, portiere, receptionist ecc ecc 4- pulizia ok unica nota positiva

Un quattro stelle scadente l'anta dell'armadio rotta nella mia stanza una doppia che era un buco con solo una coppia di asciugamani. Hotel senza parcheggio ma soprattutto cibo di scarsa qualità e immangiabile pasta scotta senza sapore hanno un cuoco pessimo abbiamo trovato persino il torrone vecchio. Io lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti questo posto.

Prima di tutto l'albergo non merita quattro stelle perché è da ristrutturare, con mobili antichi. Personale a dir poco maleducato e scortese. Solamente un ragazzo che è stato molto gentile. Il cenone era a base di pesce ma non si poteva mangiare la qualità era scarsa e cucinata da un cuoco improvvisato che dovrebbe cambiare lavoro. Il vino era scadente e si bassa qualità che non era nel menù, ma si doveva pagare a parte. La festa sembrava il capodanno di Fantozzi a mezzanotte e mezza era già finito tutto. La mattina seguente io e la mia compagna stavamo malissimo. Non ci andate!! Era meglio andare al McDonald's!!!! Mai mangiato così male e quel poco che ho mangiato mi sono sentito male.

Dopo Pasqua 2023, nuovamente all hotel Erika in occasione di fine anno tramite pacchetto offerta che comprendeva notte del 31.12. veglione e cena pranzo del 1 gennaio e colazione (abbondante) Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, cucina con pietanze buonissime e abbondanti cena del veglione ottima con musica dal vivo. Altamente consigliato e un applauso anche ad Alessia per la sua gentilezza... esperienza da ripetere al più presto.

Abbiamo passato capodanno in questa struttura devo dire che l'albergo non è male, però il personale discreto per niente cordiale tranne un ragazzo che era molto disponibile. Il veglione è stato un disastro tutto pesce, ma con un sapore disgustoso, cibi non freschi...Una cosa molto importante da sottolineare che io sono celiaca ed avevo già comunicato prima di andare mi hanno detto che non c'erano problemi e mangiando da loro mi è venuta un eruzione cutanea sulla schiena e al viso, nausea e mal di pancia questo sta ad indicare che non ci sono state accortezze al mio problema. Assolutamente mai più!!!!

Personale poco professionale é dir poco ! Donne delle pulizie non sanno proprio da dove partire.. fumano in camera mentre puliscono e sono molto scortese bisognerebbe rivedere un po' tutto lo staff si vede che il proprietario è totalmente assente nella struttura...mai più
