Near to the airport to rest for the night before u fly off. It’s also near to a huge supermarket and an amazing restaurant. Place is clean and host is friendly and provides good service.

There wasn’t much around other than one restaurant and a grocery store, but just a 20 minute walk and you are to the coast where you can enjoy beaches and a few more restaurants. For a small fee, they offered a ride to the airport which was very convenient. My flight wasn’t until the evening and they let me keep my luggage there while I enjoyed a final afternoon at the beach.

I need to warn you about BnB Felicioni. My family chose this place for their last night in Italy before returning to the USA. Unfortunately, I couldn’t join them due to work, but I managed everything remotely—booking hotels, renting cars, arranging flights, and more. Typically, I book with Hilton hotels, but this time I decided to try something different. BnB Felicioni’s website had nice photos and glowing reviews (which I now suspect were fake). Before arriving, my family called to ask if they could check in early to drop off their luggage and enjoy some nearby restaurants. The person on the phone assured them it was fine. But when they got there, the experience was horrible. The only room available was filthy, smelly, and completely uninhabitable. To make matters worse, an unprofessional older man started yelling at three women and a teenage girl (two of the women are seniors). Then, a hostile Italian woman—likely the owner—appeared and began screaming in my wife’s face. The situation was so bad that my wife had to search for another place to stay because there was no way they could spend the night in such conditions. When she asked for a refund, the owner flat-out refused and made it clear that they wouldn’t return any money. To this day, we haven’t received a penny back. Thankfully, my family found a proper hotel nearby and salvaged the rest of their trip. The moral of the story: Stay far away from BnB Felicioni. It’s obvious they run their business like a scam—offering terrible service and refusing refunds. If you need a place to stay near Rome’s international airport, avoid BnB Felicioni at all costs. This place is a disgrace. SCAM ALERT! (I’ll be sure to remind everyone about this every month moving forward.)

This B&B was very nice and a short 15 minute walk to a very nice beach. The problem was, they told us they could pick us up at the Pier after our cruise. We waited and waited and no one came. Saw Taxis, and vans picking up people at the pier. Turns out, they do not have a permit to enter the Pier and did not communicate that. I reached them by WhatsApp and they told me to meet at McDonalds! Where? Why? I told him we were at Pier 12. He said They would meet us there. Still no one came. Reached him again. He said they couldn't get into the Pier. Now we get it! He said to meet at a Bar Bragia and to ask someone where it was. Found out this Bar was a mile away and there was a shuttle that could take us a few blocks from the Bar. We get there and no one is there! They did not wait for us. An Italian lady reached them and told him in Italian we were waiting. They returned but he was fired up. I asked if they could take us to shopping to get souveniers and he got irritated and told me I needed to tell him where to take me because he was not my tour guide. He was terrible. Not helpful at all. Do not have them pick you up. They cannot pick you up at the Pier. We felt stranded. It was $100 and we lost 2 hours with the confusion. Also there was no breakfast made in the morning before we left at 8:00am. don't know if we needed to tell them we wanted breakfast, but it was a B&B.

In anni di viaggi e prenotazioni in giro per il mondo non è mi è mai capitato di dover affrontare una tale maleducazione e un tale menefreghismo da parte del proprietario. Un mese e mezzo fa abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente presso questa struttura con tanto di conferma scritta da parte appunto del proprietario. Come da accordi presi il giorno prima appena arriviamo in aeroporto chiamiamo il B&B per comunicargli che quello che lui chiama "driver" - un tale Maurizio può partire per venire a prenderci. E qui inizia il bello ! Ci dirigiamo al punto di incontro (terminal 3) e aspettiamo per più di mezz'ora. Nessun ombra del driver. Iniziamo a chiamare e mandare messaggi per capire per quanto avremmo dovuto aspettare.. i primi messaggi arrivano, il numero del B&B continua a squillare e dopo un po'... Come per magia telefono spento!! Alle ore 3 e mezza della notte ci viene comunicato che il propietario ha dato un numero sbagliato al driver e che lui guarda caso da una certa ora non risultava più reperibile (il tutto tramite un messaggino di scuse - nulla più). Vi posso assicurare che il padrone è stato chiamato dal numero del mio ragazzo la mattina seguente, proprio perché al numero mio personale di prenotazione che sicuramente aveva salvato non rispondeva più. E vi posso assicurare che la"presa per i fondelli" riguardo la storiella del driver era più che palese.. per non parlare dell'arroganza e della maleducazione mai riscontrata prima in qualsiasi persona che lavora nel campo dell'hospitality. Sicuramente le stanze saranno anche carine, le recensioni di booking lo denotano, ma questa è gente che non merita i nostri / vostri soldi ed è gente che non merita di lavorare per qualsiasi ambito perché semplicemente DISONESTA.

Una delle persone meno affidabili mai conosciute. Avevamo concordato la stanza, più il trasporto dall’aeroporto al B&B…conclusione, ci ha lasciati di notte, in aeroporto (senza altra soluzione), non rispondendo più al telefono, e sparendo nel nulla. Dopo 3 ore, alle 2 di notte circa, ci manda un messaggio asserendo di aver avuto un problema di comunicazione col driver…mancanza di professionalità, è dir poco. Una persona così, non merita di fare nessun tipo di lavoro, men che meno uno a contatto con l’utenza. State lontani

In questa recensione parleremo del mancato soggiorno in struttura perché hanno fatto un caos totale ed abbiamo rischiato di rimanere per strada. Abbiamo prenotato con un mese di anticipo per noi e ns. amici in occasione del Romics 2021 con regolare mail di conferma ns. prenotazione firmata dal responsabile con tipo di camera, dati degli ospiti ed orario di arrivo. Il giorno previsto per arrivo li contattiamo quando siamo già per strada, per avvisarli dell'orario preciso e viene negato che ci sia una prenotazione, solo dopo nostre insistenze e prova scritta della prenotazione confermano che abbiamo ragione ma per un loro errore non ci hanno tenuto le camere!! Panico totale dato che siamo in 5 ed abbiamo già biglietti per la fiera ma non un posto dove soggiornare. Ovviamente iniziamo a cercare e per fortuna troviamo altra struttura per la notte. Quando ormai abbiamo risolto da soli, ci chiamano per suggerirci di cercare altrove. Grazie ma per fortuna abbiamo risolto da soli! Comportamento mai visto in anni di viaggi. Prima ci trattano da "visionari" negando la prenotazione di cui abbiamo prova scritta e solo dopo ore si offrono di trovarci soluzione quando nel ns. piccolo abbiamo già risolto. Spiace vedere questo comportamento a chi ama viaggiare come noi. Per noi esperienza molto negativa..

Struttura accogliente e molto ben curata. Camera con bagno privato molto spaziosa. Colazione abbastanza varia. Non c’è problema per parcheggiare nonostante la struttura non sia dotata di parcheggio privato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!
