An entire basement suite with new bedroom (VERY comfortable pillowtop queen matress), bathroom, study, living room and kitchenette. 10 acre horse property with incredible views of the Swan Mountains. Beautiful private large deck and grill and a fire pit on the property. It is a very nicely done finished basement. Very warm and comfortable in the winter and very nice and cool in the summer. The property has been described by many as looking like a park! Lots of trees and wildlife even though I'm so close to town. And having my horse Jasper on the property is just icing on the cake!! Pets are welcome! ($10 per pet per night) For some reason I'm getting feedback that somewhere on my site it says only one dog...that is not true. It is $10 PER PET/PER NIGHT SO MORE THAN ONE PET IS FINE. ANY SIZE OF DOG IS ALSO FINE. Our home is set to comfortably sleep 10 people. The home features two living rooms, one on each level, and each with it's own gas burning fireplace. Kick back and watch some TV on one of our 4 Smart TV's (2 on each level)! If you are traveling with your kiddos, we provide a Pack 'n' Play as well as a baby gate protecting your child from the stairway. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake right at home! We have provided brand new pots and pans, baking sheets, drinking glasses, wine glasses, an air-fryer, coffee maker....even a quesadilla maker for the kids! Our kitchen is open to the upstairs living room, which also opens to the deck with unobstructed views of our neighborhood park with walking paths and lovely mountain views! There is a children's park walking distance from the house, and the neighborhood is perfect for an evening stroll. The house is well-kept with regular professional lawn maintenance other services. While it is very central to many various attractions nearby, it is not a location whereby you can walk to nearby restaurants or shops. You will find restaurants/bars and shopping a very short drive away (5-10 minutes in either direction).Come and enjoy this beautiful home! The home features paintings and wall art from local artists. The bedrooms feature glazed log beds that were harvested by hand from local forests and hand-peeled using traditional methods. Murals featuring different scenes from Glacier National Park adorn each bedroom. The home has an earthy, rustic yet modern feel throughout. It is a perfect place to unwind after your outdoor adventures.The living room offers a relaxing place to sit back and enjoy a 65" TV. Prime video and several other streaming services are provided; while others you are welcome to bring your log in information! Cable-TV is not provided.
