Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller.
Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity.

此次毛里求斯旅行，一共住了5家酒店，包括比較火的王子酒店和莫納山麗世酒店，但綜合感受最好的卻是這家最便宜的，當然它的硬件設施不能和前兩家相比。這家酒店餐廳的幾衹常駐的小貓功不可沒。希望酒店方面能好好對待這幾衹小貓。

Beautiful stay at the resort and very pleasant staff. Enjoyed our stay and really loved the honeymoon compliments. The room was clean and very cosy. The reception was quick with our requests too. The buffet had many varieties and they were consistent with the quality. A special mention for Mr. Martial who waited on us enthusiastically during our candlelight dinner. Wished our stay was longer and would definitely love to come back.During our last dinner the wonderful Hotel director visited our table to give his regards and we appreciated the gesture. Thank you Anelia.

Amazing hotel with lots of faciliies provided. Food was very good and tasty. Room was very clean and tidy and lots of amenities. Swimming pool very relaxing. Spa very good. Reception team very good. Thank to preety and team Fully recommended.

I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at many different star hotels. However Anelia was a tad disappointing. We arrived just after 11AM and was seen by Yashoda was advised check in is at 2pm so will have to wait which was fine. We waited at the bar then back at reception. You would have thought considering we are waiting Yashoda would check on us however we were forgotten about. It was only after 2pm I went to reception myself to see if any rooms come free. Not only that where other customer was shown the hotel we were not just taken to the room and left. I have never suffered such poor customer service. Rooms standard little dated. Dinner was cold and tasteless. For the size of hotel I was expecting a bigger buffet system. The positive about this hotel, its 10min drive to shopping centre and Casela Zoo. The cleaning staff were good and always at hand. Always received bottle water in room.

Good hotel, with excellent services, and an excellent location. Smiling, helpful, and friendly staff. The buffet is varied, whatever your diet, you'll find what you're looking for, and the grilled meat is just delicious. The hotel has a boutique and a diving club offering snorkeling trips on a boat. I give only 4 stars for the dilapidated bathroom. nothing to say about the rest.

Happy, friendly staff. Clean towels & bed change every day. We had a lovely view from our room (116) The main bed was a little hard but they can't make everyone happy! Fridge restocked every day along with toiletries if used. We had a couple of minor issues with the room on arrival but they were sorted immediately. Beach towels can be changed every day. Not on the main flic en flac beach so only a tiny beach area to sunbathe although there are other areas which are sandy along with gardens & pool. Only a very short walk to the main beach, gets nicer the further you go. The food was great, not as much to offer as some AI hotels we have been to, but in my opinion this was much better quality (no chips, nuggets etc) unless they do these in high season. We did feel that the temperature could have been a little hotter although, my husband usually has a stomach upset anywhere we go - he did not have an upset stomach at all!! There are managers on hand at all mealtimes asking for suggestions, worries, concerns. The Burger Bar was open for lunch every day and you have to book this in the morning. Fantastic burgers, wraps, paninis, salads all freshly made & table service. Lots of cocktails on offer along with the usual spirits, wine, beer. Speciality coffees (late, cappuccino etc) are chargeable although iced coffee was part of AI!? The boathouse only offered glass bottom boat as a free option although dolphin watching/swimming, diving, scuba diving you could do at a charge. We went dolphin watching with them & was a fantastic experience (staff very helpful & informative) Entertainment was the usual karaoke, traditional dancing, singers etc. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and did not want to leave.
