I'm conflicted on 3 or 4 stars because my experience was only half-bad - the bad things left a bad impression, but they aren't major issues. Keep reading. I'll start with the pros: Room clean. Mini fridge very cold, a bonus! Good shower pressure. Outdoor pool open from 10a-10p. Decent breakfast consisted of OJ, yogurt, heat-n-eat croissant breakfast sandwiches, bottled water, bread, nutri grain bars, bananas. Big crock pot of oatmeal. Right off the highway, but a little nestled back so "mostly" quiet from "road noise", albeit a little hard to find without a GPS. I never once felt unsafe with my children. No strange visitors throughout the night like lots of other budget motels in some areas. AC worked very well, and it was 100 degrees outside! The main purpose of my visit was a place to sleep, swim, and shower, on the way home to GA from Pennsylvania with easy access to/from my car by way of exterior entry. I was looking for something under $100/night that was safe and clean with a pool, and that was hard to find for the night. The name is misleading. This is a motel. The so-called suites have a jetted tub in the room. I showed up a little after 3 to check-in. I asked for a 1st floor room and I was told "we are completely sold out for the night". But I could book another room on the app while I was waiting. I asked if there was an elevator, and I was told, "no, but there's stairs", as if he thought I expected to spiderman hoist myself to the room. Maybe the first floor rooms were sold old for the night, but both those comments rubbed me the wrong way after driving for 11 hours and just looking to back my car up to my room to grab my things. Our room was THE FURTHEST one from the stairs, of which there are only 2 sets of stairs on either side of the building. The setup is very odd. We had to go down 3 hallways and around 2 corners to get to our room from the stairs. We had come from HersheyPark, so I had to bring in the chocolate we brought with us so it wouldn't melt. Along with the meltable road snacks, my work laptop, and some other things. I could manage my small cooler, but I had to leave the big cooler in the car and hope everything stayed cold. One of the men from the motorcycle club saw me struggling and offered assistance. My children and I had to make 3 trips to the car to unload things for a one night stay, and 3 trips to load up in the morning. If I wanted to do all that, I would have stayed at a regular hotel, which would have at least had a cart (and an elevator) to get our things to our room quickly. There was also a puddle of slimy water right at the bottom of the stairs that is a serious safety hazard. I just kept picturing myself slipping and falling. We changed for the pool after we got settled. No towels (see attached pictures). I enquired at front desk, and I was told there should be towels there, but there were not. The man went to get me some, and I politely asked for 3 (there were 3 in my room
