Baymont by Wyndham Florence

This hotel was terrifying. The bathroom door looked it had been kicked in and the area outside was very sketchy.

I had to cancel my booking and I was told they will take care of it and I have it all recorded from my device of everything and I canceled way ahead of time and within minutes of booking. I was conned by either this app and/or the Hotel. I will be having my bank flag this, let everyone know about this and I wouldn’t refer anyone to this app or hotel booking.

Avoid this motel if you can! It started badly with run down and not very clean room, no towels in the room, only one quilt and two pillows across two double-beds. When I went to ask for missing items I received 3 towels for four people (the didn't have more towels). The couldn't give me more pillows as according to "the housekeeping" the double-bed is prepared only for one person. We selected this motel because of advertised "Hot Breakfast". And this is not true. The is no breakfast at all. After we asked for breakfast they pulled out instant 3 packets of instant grits from the closet. The service person was bored and tried to get rid of me as soon as possible when I was asking for anything.

The hotel staff was friendly but wasn’t knowledgeable at all and also couldn’t get a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff broke in my room and stole my speaker which was later recovered no thanks to any help from anyone including the manager. Nasty rooms . Roaches and flies. No towels blankets or pillows and they won't give u any.

I've enjoyed almost everyday I've spent in this motel. The service seemed to get better and smooth running mornings to start my day.

Roaches all over mold and rooms are nasty or u can’t wash or nothing here it’s horrible then the manager was rude the next day for no reason

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room I was given, had stains on the sofa, used Kleenex in the tissue holder and the bathroom mirror was filthy. The next room was dark, missing light bulbs, tv remote didn’t work,bathroom was dirty but worst of all was the blood stains I discovered the next morning on the bed linens. It was so dark in the room where I checked in, I didn’t see it. I wanted a refund but I was told only the manager could do that, and he would have to inspect the room when he came in the next day! I cannot believe this dump is a Wyndham!

We just needed a cheap place to sleep for the night. The breakfast was nonexistent. No garbage can in the room and the bathroom door would not close all the way. The room was relatively clean.
