This was such a lovely room with pretty decor, the staff were friendly and kind. Had a pretty view and the location was perfect for site seeing and for the train station. Breakfast at the cafe was also great. Would definitely stay here again

일단 유럽에서 묵었던 호텔 중에 천장이 높고 넓어서 너무 좋았어요 ㅠ 인테리어도 가장 현대적이었던듯! 위치도 굉장히 좋아요 역이랑 두오모성당 딱 중간쯤에 있어서 이동하기 완전 편리했어요 유명한 티본스테이크맛집 달오스떼랑도 가까움!

ロケーションも素晴らしくお部屋も素敵、レセプションのマリアさんも大変親切で的確でした。 カフェでの朝ごはんもついていて、大変満足でした。 レストランや中央市場に近い分、夜中までうるさいので音に敏感な人には不向きかもしれません。お部屋も広く家族4人でゆったりと過ごせました。

The room was nice and tidy, everything was fine but it was quite noisy as it's in the middle of the city center. It's great as it's only a few minutes from the train station and sights but of course you got the noise from the road. Breakfast was down the road in a café which has been alright. Nothing too amazing but nice.

Arrived after the desk was manned but as given the three codes needed to enter it was easy. There is a lift as it’s on the third floor and a corridor either side of rooms with a code needed for entry, makes it feel much safer. We stayed in room 5 which is large and spacious and felt clean until the last night. We sat on the sofa bed for a few hours before bed and while sat there got bitten by bed bugs. We informed the lady on the desk at checkout the next morning and just got laughed at.

Good value for money. Rooms are spacious with kitchen facilities if you wish. Very clean. Daily service is friendly and thorough. Maria and team were very helpful, keeping in contact before and during our stay. We had a small problem due to our child’s illness during our stay and the team helped out, showed compassion and made it a whole lot better. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay here.

Fiquei em 6 alojamentos durante a minha viagem e este foi o que mais me surpreendeu! Apartamento espaçoso, confortavel, limpeza excelente, staff simpático. A localização é fantástica, a 2 minutos da estação e do Mercado Central. Relação preço-qualidade muito boa! Quando reservei não esperava que fosse tão bom! O edificio tem uma porta com código à entrada e outra porta no andar para segurança dos hospedes. Voltaria a reservar se viajasse para Florença outra vez!

Ho soggiornato in questo b&b due giorni per capodanno. Nel complesso tutto bene,a parte la rumorosità per via del traffico, riscaldamento troppo elevato,bagno privo di finestra, sciacquone non ben funzionante, stanza molto piccola. Buona pulizia.

B&B molto bello per una città come Firenze davvero fantastica, abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte senza pasti e colazione, il prezzo c’è sembrato corretto per le nostre esigenze richieste. camera spaziosa, arredamento moderno, ma sopratutto tutto molto pulito ed infine c’è anche la possibilità di farsi una tisana/camomilla grazie ad un bollitore presente nella stanza.

Das Zimmer war wie abgebildet (renoviert, großzügig) und sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal: nahe am Bahnhof und doch sehr zentral. Das Zimmer zur Seitenstraße war recht ruhig (also auch perfekt). Das Frühstück, das man in einer kleinen Bar/einem kleinen Cafe nebenan einnimmt, war lecker und ausreichend (etwas Süßes und ein leckeres Sandwich). Für Herrschaften mit viel Appetit am Morgen aber sicher zu wenig. Im Cafe kann man aber preisgünstig weitere Sandwiches und süße Alternativen in großer Auswahl kaufen.
