We sent a message to the facility the day before asking to arrive a bit earlier if possible. We ended up arriving to the room just 20 minutes before check in time to find that the room had not been prepared and was still dirty. Nobody was in sight so we called and emailed again and again until they finally replied that there had been some confusion and sent a person to make the room. She was definitely rude to us and instead of apologizing told us that we were in the middle annoying her and needed to leave for an hour. We went out and got back right when the cleaner was leaving. In the room we found the fridge not working, the ac incredibly noisy to the point that we could not sleep while it was running (we needed it as the weather was very hot and humid) and most of the kitchenette mugs and utensils dirty. We went out in the evening only to discover that the building was locked and could not get back to the room the way we got in during the day (ringing the bell). The property did not tell us that they were going to give us a token to open the outside door. We had to wait for other guests to arrive (one hour wait) and share the token with us. Those guests lamented the poor service and lack of info as well. On the last day we were instructed to leave the city tax on the table in the room (cash). We did it and left relieved to close the door behind this dirty place and its very rude owners. We wrote them to lament the awful service received and ask for a partial refund only to be accused of not leaving the cash on the table (!!) and of lying. Instead of apologizing or trying to find a compromise the owner was immediately aggressive, offensive, rude and unfair. They even told us to calm down as we were on vacation (vacation for which we work the whole year). Florence is a dream but the high demand of places to sleep makes it possible for anybody to think they can be hoteliers. We warmly suggest to find another place to stay while you enjoy Florence. This one is a scam

Struttura veramente comoda e vicinissimo alle attrazioni principali della magnifica Firenze! Viaggiando con dei bimbi piccoli la nostra esigenza era proprio quella di avere una base in pieno centro per eventuali soste strategiche e per raggiungere velocemente i punti di maggior interesse. La stanza era spaziosa con un bel bagno, dotata di ogni confort incluso un piccolo cucinino ed una macchina per caffé e cappuccino davvero buoni e cremosi. Soggiorno sopra le aspettative ad un costo nella media e super meritato. La signora ci ha supportato in ogni aspetto logistico, compresa la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza! Davvero gentile e disponibile, lo consiglio a tutti!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato due notti, bella la vista, buona la posizione ma la pulizia della stanza pessima per quello che costa! Per le scale ci ha accompagnato perennemente un odore sgradevole di fogna, la sera (allego foto) decisi di farmi un thè e il microonde era sporco! Posate idem lavate male, appoggiate su un tovagliolo di carta. Il condizionatore buttava a malapena aria calda e faceva un rumore fastidioso! Materasso, scomodo! Insomma, posizione ottima ma per il resto, non tornerei. Mi dispiace!
