The Hoxton Florence

Brand new hotel that is quiet and extremely clean. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the "Cosy Terrace" and it was right next to a school so you could hear the kids playing during the day. It was Cosy, not a huge room but super cute. The outside terrace was nice to get outside and sit. The breakfast was delicious with a full menu to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff especially if you are looking for something modern, thoughtful, and quality. Location is fantastic, quiet but convenient. The cuisines inside the restaurant make you want to eat there and nowhere else!

Thank you to the receptionists Caterinas x2, Laura, Eleanora, Fillipo for a wonderful, warm, welcoming stay!! The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed the restaurant meal, bar and coffee lounge with its gorgeous books. We have just returned home and our basking in the glow of the ardent welcome!

The hotel is about a 20 min. walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre which suited us perfectly. Our room was bright and airy and the bed was very comfortable which is an essential requirement for a city break if, like us, you want to be up and away enjoying what the city has to offer. The staff at the hotel were all absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is probably unfair to name anyone specifically but we feel we have to mention Karen who dealt with our very specific morning coffee requirements with good humour and Nicky our waitress in the evening who was similarly friendly and helpful. A special mention should also go to the reception staff who spent time with us to help organise our tickets for museums and galleries.

We visited The Hoxton, Florence just after its opening. The hotel is impeccable - the decor is stunning with so much attention to detail, location is fab and the staff were helpful, kind and friendly. We couldn’t have felt more welcome particularly during a busy time for the team. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is delicious, delivering an authentic spin on Italian culture. The staff were so attentive and supportive- making our stay even better. A huge thank you to Luigi and the team. We wish you all the success in the future- I cannot fault the hotel experience and would absolutely revisit.
