Conveniently located, 5 minutes away from the train station. Fairly decorated rooms with very friendly staff. I would recommend to include your breakfast, also a plus. There is a laundry shop right next to the hotel if you need, which is also very convenient. Plenty of dining options steps away, I would recommend the Maso, which has an extensive variety with reasonable prices.

Overall satisfactory. Counter service took a little longer waiting to check-in for room readiness. Receptionist should have advised us its waiting duration and shouldn’t keep us waiting for 30 min. We should had left our luggages at storage area first before starting our city tour.

Receptionist was so rude not helping. Room was dirty and they gave me under construction side room . I complained so many no response you can see sofa condition

Location is okay, but need 15-20 mins walk to the attractions. However, it is near to train station, abt 5 mins walk. Room is clean, everything is good.

Even the equipment such as elevators and decorations is really old-fashion, they still provide equivalent service that a 4 stars hotel should have, including room services, reception and breakfast. and it's location is not far away from city centre. However, don't give a high expectations to equipments of this hotel can provide, remember it is a hotel established in around 1960s.

Spent 4d3n at Grand Hotel Adriatico. Great location from Santa maria novella (Florence train station) with many restaurants/cafes/gelatos around the hotel! Might take some time to walk to Ponte Vecchio and Duomo but is it definitely worth the walk to view the surroundings!

Great in every aspect. Perfect location, all the sightseeing spots in 10 minutes. Room newly renovated and elegant. Breakfast abundant. Mostly importantly, very helpful staff. The second time within 3months.

Had a fantastic stay here. Bed is nice, curtain covers pretty much all the light. Had some good sleep. Love the workers, all professional and helpful. Foods are fine, just lack a bit of the vegetable. Considering the price and the location. It’s a 98/100

The dinner was delicious, especially the Tuscan dessert - sponge cake filled with cream. The service was very attentive, but not overbearing. The included breakfast was very fresh and there was enough variety of hot and cold items to make a complete meal. This boutique hotel is easy walking distance from the Florence train station, which makes it an ideal hub for exploring the entire country. I loved The Grand Hotel Adriatico three years ago and it was just as great this time as well.
