Villa Nardi - Residenza d'Epoca

It was truly a wonderful stay. The Villa is an enchanting property just out of Porta Romana, about 15-20 minutes from the center of Florence, so easy to reach and with free parking (a rarity in Florence), isolated from the confusion and tourists noise but near to all the main attractions. Our room was large and well appointed with a truly comfortable bed and view of the garden. The breakfast was outstanding, all made from scratch every morning per individual request. The staff was super nice and attentive, we especially appreciated their restaurants recommendations and their help with our many luggages. Definitely a five stars stay!

In the heart of a beautiful neighborhood Villa Nardi offers more than simple accommodation. It offers beauty, high aesthetic, immaculate cleanliness, politeness and art at every corner. Villa Nardi is a unique experience by itself, combined with the breathtaking beauty of Florence we enjoyed a dreamy holiday.

The accommodations were amazing. Through back to a couple hundred years ago. The rooms were large even by USA standards. Beautiful grounds and building. Breakfast was outstanding! It was so nice to wake up to home cooked food, amazing coffee, fresh juice, local jams, meat, cheeses, eggs, pastries, the works. Court yard outside was neat. If there is a downside. It is 1/2 mile away from town and up a good size hill when walking. Use Uber in Florence. The taxi will take advantage and triple or quadruple their fair for out of town visitors. Has nothing to do with the B & B. The B&B was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Villa Nardi! All the facilities were clean and very spacious room! It was our first trip overseas with our 6 month old baby and they were very accommodating and helpful which made our stay an excellent time! Breakfast was amazing!

I originally chose this hotel because it had a large garden and was out o the busy city centre. It was such a beautiful building and surrounds, in an up market neighbourhood about 20 mins walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The room was large with the most comfortable bed, lots of pillows and quality linen and products. We took the room with a terrace and loved it. Breakfast was very generous and served in the garden. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Restaurants within walking distance, all very good. Nice to be a quiet and safe neighbourhood, well worth the money

Wow- if you are going to Florence, do yourself a favor and stay at the Villa Nardi! The location was very nice, we were a perfect distance away from all the tourism, but close enough to walk to major attractions. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to our needs, even renting us a taxi for 4:30 am! We will definitely be back again
