While it was upsetting that upon arrival they could not give us a room due to plumbing issues, I appreciate that they had a solution for us by giving us a room at a comparable hotel and covering all the paperwork and expenses. They also helped us get our luggage there. Overall, I think this is a classy establishment based on what I saw in the lobby, and I appreciate the customer service.

Great location. But rooms are very cramped. Also the heat can’t be controlled to your personal level. So it is cold when you want the room warm etc.

房間我覺得挺好的，洗浴熱水能再熱一點就好了。服務人員很熱情，早飯在隔壁一家挺高檔的餐廳裏。有個前台小妹長的像蘇菲瑪索😍，讓我深感震撼。

Katedrale 7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, 4 kişilik odaları çok temiz, tuvalet ve banyo yeni yapılmıştı. Kahvaltı dahil konakladık, kahvaltı çeşitleri çok geniş değil ama bizim için yeterliydi. Merkeze ve gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Biz aile olarak memnun kaldık. Tam fiyat performans oteli.

Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

La camera prenotata aveva dei problemi e ci è stato proposto un alloggio di altra struttura che mi ha deluso poiché di certo non dello stesso livello per cui sconsiglio la struttura per la cattiva gestione dei problematiche che si possono presentare!

Terrible hotel The room was very updated, light fitting were hanging out, the sockets were unsafe, the cornice was falling out. Furniture was old. The walllpaper was peeling off. The shower wasn’t hot (this was later on fixed) The pool was green!

Beautiful painted ceiling in our room! Good variety of breakfast buffet. Great location many good restaurants on the block as well as a small grocery/wine shop. The staff was so helpful and kind. We were able to store our bags until check in time without a proble. They ordered a cab for us for a 4:00 am pick up!!

The hotel is a perfect location for all of the sites with in 5-10 minutes walk. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us! There was a lift being installed but not that to inconvenient with the noise. Rooms were clean and maintained and the deluxe suite was very impressive. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is easily accessible from the airport via tram and followed by a short walk. The room was very clean and had everything required for a short stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive and provided lots of information on the area. The hotel is located in the centre of Florence within walking distance to everything; Piazza del Duomo is around 5 minutes walk and Ponte Vecchio around 15 minutes. It is also very close to the train station, around 15 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would also highly recommend Pizzeria Ginori, on the same road as the hotel, for great, tasty food.

My daughters and I have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay in Florence. This hotel is a stone’s throw from the Cathedral and the perfect position for exploring Florence on foot. I would love to have rated it 5 * as it has many exemplary features including helpful and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you, spotless rooms, coffee machine and good quality bathroom toiletries, all at a very competitive low cost. Breakfast was a buffet in the restaurant next door which was ample and good quality. However, the lift was out of order (not a problem for us but could have been for other guests), the sofabed was exceptionally uncomfortable and the shower was the tiniest I have ever seen, making it impossible to wash your hair unless you open the sliding door! This said, I would return here as the service made this hotel special.
