Hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor with no lift. If your luggage is heavy, be prepared. We got the room on 3rd floor!! My luggage is 16 kgs, so it’s ok for me. The room we stayed in was old, tired, and different from what we saw in hotel websites. Location is not bad. Overall experience is fair (a little bit lower than we expected). Price is acceptable.

Very close to the city centre, Duomo, and train station. Peaceful at night. Restaurants and coffee shops near by. Clean hotel. They let me check in early. Great place!

Удобное расположение отеля в шаговой доступности от центра и вокзала. Отелем занимаются индийцы, которые очень хорошо говорят и понимают по английски. Рядом есть много кафе где можно выпить кофе. В самом отеле есть микроволновка и чайник с 8 утра до 8 вечера. Не стоит ожидать от отеля многое, все таки ему 60 лет, но он как итальянский джентльмен в управлении филиала отеля Мериголд Лучшего из экзотических. 😜

浴室的水槽堵住了 房間挺乾淨的 就是沒有電梯 搬行李可以找工作人員幫忙 離景點和火車站很近 這個價位很便宜 和預期的差不多 旁邊早餐店很好吃

В номере 10 не работал смывной бочек. За 2 дня его. ВК и не починили. «Окно» выходило в стену и канализацию. Запах в номере был не свежим. За свои деньги 2 звезды оправданы. Но хотелось бы лучше

La habitación tenía mal olor al igual que el baño, instalaciones antiguas. No fue la mejor experiencia de hospedaje que tuvimos en Italia, aparte que se reservó las dos noches con un costo bastante elevado para un hotel de 2 estrellas. Lo único positivo fue la ubicación.

Leider ein sehr unangenehmes Hotel. Sehr ekliger Geruch und unhygienisches Badezimmer. Die Heizung ist voller Dreck gewesen. Ich finde es sehr unangebracht, dass etwas so offensichtliches nicht mal sauber gemacht wird. Das Hotel ist viel zu teuer für die Leistung!!

千萬千萬別選這裏，房間很潮濕，並且五號房間晚上沒有熱水，住兩晚每晚都是打電話找人來修，要等一個小時，也不乾淨，避雷避雷😿😿😿我和朋友在這住兩晚後身上都長包

방 사이즈도 괜찮았고 서비스도 좋았어요. 근데 숙소 수압이 약한게 살짝 아쉽더라구요. 그 부분을 제외하곤 만족해요.

Very simple hotel, with a lot to be improved. The location is great, very central and a few blocks away from the main train station, and also the important sights in Florence. Staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling. The room is not very isolated, the air conditioning does not work, and the heating is switched off. There's no one at the reception during the night. Shower over head does not have enough pressure and does not work. You'll have to use the detachable shower, but gladly you can hang it. TV is very small. No fridge in rooms. Pillows are very small. Reception and rooms are on the 1st floor, so one flight of stairs is necessary to be climbed. Flushing only works again after maybe 10/15 mins.
