Absolutely terrible. I tried to contact the property but no one was answering phone calls. I was unable to check-in so I had to find another hotel instead. Won't recommend it to anyone.

1. 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 두오모 광장 바로 앞이에요
2. 현관문이 닫겨있습니다. 옆에 있는 버튼에서 두오모 뷰를 누르면 주인분이 문을 열어주십니다.
3. 관리하는 분이 정말 친절합니다. 설명을 잘 해주시고 9시 45분 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 맡아 주십니다.
단점
1. 해가 진 다음 두오모 광장에서 노래, 공연하는 사람들이 모입니다. 9~10시 정도부터 조금 시끄러워집니다. 예민하신 분이면 자기 조금 힘들 수 있어요
2. 엘리베이터가 작고 계단이 높습니다. 캐리어 2개 정도 들어갈 크기에요. 캐리어 올리고 직접 올라가셔야 합니다.
3. 시설이 조금 낡고 냉장고가 없습니다. 그러나 뷰가 정말 좋아요
깔끔하고 편한 호텔이었습니다. 뷰를 중시한다면 추천드립니다. 그리고 루프탑은 이제 이용할 수 없다고 하네요!

Great location - in the heart of the square - couldn’t ask for better location but the positives stop there. First, there are always people loitering and smoking right outside the entrance. You have to walk thru a cloud of smoke to get inside. Then there are 50+ steps to climb up to get to the rooms! They claim to have an elevator but it barely fits 1 person (and maybe a small bag). Try lugging luggage for a family of 4 up all those stairs! Not fun! Then the rooms are large enough but stink like smoke! Plus there are literal holes in the walls and it’s not the cleanest. The bathroom is large but the shower is the smallest I’ve ever seen. If you are taller than 5’8”, you won’t fit. Also, the walls are paper thin - you can hear everything! Do not stay here. Spend a bit more and go to one if the hotels in the square instead.

We went for location over luxury and boy did we get the most amazing location!! The Duomo was almost touching distance !! The bells were amazing to hear ( but when the windows were shut we got peace and quiet). To walk out the door and right into the thick of the activity of Florence, was a wonderful experience. The B and B was clean, we were given a kettle and cups and tea bags when I asked if we could make tea. We really did have a comfortable sleep and we were allowed to leave our bags for the whole day we checked out which was great! There was an amazing lift up to the B and B ( but a flight of stairs to get to the lift so not accessible for those with mobility issues). We had such a memorable time. Thankyou so much to the staff.

Siamo stati ospiti più volte. E’ sempre una sicurezza. Duomo view di nome e di fatto! Vista impagabile. Anche la gestione del cliente veramente super: la signora ci ha permesso di modificare la data del soggiorno senza alcun problema abbiamo dovuto posticipare la partenza di due settimane. Stra consigliato!

Maravillosa ubicación, centrado para caminar a todos los lugares turísticos y queda en una plaza donde puedes almorzar y cenar con una vista maravillosa . La dueña muy atenta. Excelente lugar y muy cómodo.

Firenze è magnifica e soggiornare in questo B&B è stato come mettere la ciliegina sulla torta. Una vista spettacolare dalla finestra della camera, ogni foto non ne renderà mai onore quanto vederlo dal vivo. La colazione in camera è sicuramente apprezzata e la camera è dotata dei comfort di cui un B&B necessita. La posizione centrale permette di raggiungere quasi tutti i punti di interesse turistico a pochi minuti a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale a Raffaella che con i suoi consigli, disponibilità e simpatia è stata parte integrante della nostra esperienza. Chi ha il Turismo nel cuore, si vede e lo trasmette!

Posizione migliore non c'è, fronte duomo che abbiamo potuto anche ammirare dalla finestra del bagno. Camera e bagno ampi e puliti con uno splendido affresco sul soffitto. Arredamento semplice, essenziale, dotazione di bollitore e tè. Manca un minifrigo che sarebbe veramente comodo. Colazione ottima, staff puntuale e molto cordiale, ci torneremmo senza ombra di dubbio!

Rien à redire concernant l'emplacement : on ne peut pas être mieux placé ! La chambre était plutôt confortable, il manquait cependant quelques rangements et l'on aurait préféré une salle de bains accessible directement depuis la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le personnel sympathique.
