這個酒店可能説起來不能算是一家酒店了，是那種很老的民房，隔音很差，而且設施老舊，價格不太對的起房間的質量感覺

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I’m truly shocked at all of the positive reviews. We travel a lot and certainly do not have high expectations or unreasonable standards, but this place was bad in every way. The room was dirty and infested with bugs, not to mention MUCH smaller than the photos depict. We asked to switch rooms due to the bug issues, as we were covered in bug bites. They offered us a bug repellent, which didn’t worked and smelled horrible. They did let us change rooms, but the second room was even worse. Not only was that room also full of bugs, and we continued to suffer horrible bites all over, but the bathroom was also full of mold and the shower was so small it was essentially unusable. The property is also listed as “non-smoking”, but the entire hotel reeked of cigarettes, and there are even ash trays provided on the terrace. I am also unsure why the other reviews describe this property as “conveniently located”, as it is actually quite out of the way from any of the popular tourist attractions. Also limited food options nearby, and the food that is around was not very good. HORRIBLE experience, and the staff did not care at all.

This is a wonderful little hotel--clean, safe, and very convenient. My room was spacious and quiet, with high ceilings and excellent air conditioning. However, the most outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff. Marina and Biljana were such great hostesses--friendly, polite, and very helpful. I hope to return to Florence and this hotel very soon...

DO NOT STAY HERE! BED BUGS!!! This place was literally a nightmare. I can't even begin to explain everything on this review, and it is a waste of time because the property will deny/threaten/report it/take it down anyway. But if this post saves at least one person from the hell my family and I went through after staying at this place, then it is worth it.

Stayed in this move little hotels..which was around 20 minutes walk outside of the main city centre. It was quite easy to get too by elaking down one road and across a junction. The rooms were tidy and nicely presented, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. There was also some extra little terrace with a longer and few chairs wehr3e you could sit out in the sun. A pleasant 2 day stay

Staff was very kind and available to help as much as possible. Reasonable price. We even had a guest staying with us for just one night and it was perfect! Busy street but not too much noise at night. Safe area to walk around even during dark hours. About 15 minutes walk to the historic center. Comfy bed. Lovely room, private bathroom and even a cute terrace. They seem to keep the whole place clean and sanitized during these hard times of Covid concerns. We stayed for 4 nights and felt at home, safe and tucked in! I would HIGHLY recommend to family and friends and I will definitely go back next time I'll visit Firenze. Hopefully, very soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera di recente ristrutturazione molto bella. Camera pulita con riscaldamento, bollitore con caffè e thè sempre disponibili. Era presente anche un frigo che non abbiamo utilizzato ma ottimo per l'estate. Bagno con doccia e acqua calda (sempre disponibile, da non sottovalutare). Personale sempre disponibile e molto gentile. In zona con molti servizi con stazione e centro facilmente raggiungibili.

Piccola gemma vicino al centro città. Camere a tema, noi avevamo la camera Michelangelo. Pulito ed accogliente. Proprietaria molto gentile. Riscaldamento non sempre presente, ma c'è il condizionatore da accendere al caldo se serve. Consigliere di servire la colazione. Torneremo!
